Research On The Difference Of Urban Innovation Ability And Its Influencing Factors In Northeast China

Under the new normal background,with the structural slowdown of economic growth,the economic development of the old industrial bases in Northeast China,which is dominated by traditional industries,has fallen into a difficult position.The country's strategy of accelerating the implementation of innovation-driven development is of great significance to transforming the economic development mode,adjusting the economic structure,and transforming the growth momentum in the Northeast.The city is a relative unit in which countries understand how wealth is created,and it is an artificial ecological complex that connects countries and enterprises.Urban innovation is the key driving force for the country to implement innovation-driven development and an important support for building an innovative country.The economic transformation and benign development of the Northeast region needs to be supported by the improvement of urban innovation capacity in the Northeast.Study the regional differences in the innovation ability of Northeast cities,find out the influencing factors that cause the difference of urban innovation ability in Northeast China,analyze the path of improving the innovation ability of cities and urban agglomerations in Northeast China,and revitalize the old industrial bases in Northeast China and realize the high-quality development of Northeast China.Has important and far-reaching significance.Based on the Marxist competition theory,the regional innovation system theory,and the relevant theories of foreign Marxist scholar David Harvey,this paper summarizes the research results of scholars at home and abroad on the ability to innovate,and uses the Theil imbalance index to measure the northeast region.The regional differences in urban innovation capabilities,and the introduction of economic spatial location factors based on panel data,use spatial econometric models to analyze the factors that influence urban innovation capacity in Northeast China.Firstly,it summarizes the status quo of urban innovation development in Northeast China and compares it with other economic regions in China.This paper selects the representative analysis of Changchun City,Shenyang City,Dalian City and Harbin City.Through research,it is found that the intensity of urban R&D investment in Northeast China is not enough,and the level of innovation investment is low.This gaps with other economic zones across the country will have a negative impact on the future innovation and development of Northeast China.Secondly,under the more macroscopic understanding of urban innovation ability in Northeast China,the paper deeply studies the regional differences and changes in urban innovation ability in Northeast China.Judging from the overall difference in urban innovation capacity in Northeast China,the overall difference in urban innovation capacity caused by population size in Northeast China is greater than the difference caused by economic scale.From the composition of the overall difference in urban innovation capacity in the Northeast,the contribution rate of urban differences is greater than the inter-provincial contribution rate.Judging from the innovation differences of major cities in Northeast China,the difference in urban innovation capacity with the weight of the total population at the end of the year has been greatly reduced year by year.The difference in urban innovation capacity with the weight of urban production is fluctuating and eventually exceeds the population size.The difference.Thirdly,because the city's innovation and development has strong social roots,it is related to the economic,institutional and cultural environment,and it is difficult to replicate in the same way in other cities.Therefore,this paper selects 32 cities with similar economic development scales in major cities in Northeast China as sample factors to influence the factors affecting the difference of urban innovation ability in Northeast China.Judging from the factors affecting the difference in the ability of innovation in northeastern cities,the economic space location factor is an important factor that cannot be ignored.After considering the influence of economic space location,economic extroversion,informatization level and pre-knowledge stock have a positive effect on urban innovation ability.According to the estimation results of the spatial Dubin model,the economic extroversion of the neighboring cities in the economic location and the stock of the prior knowledge have a positive effect on the innovation ability of the city.Finally,according to the main conclusions of this study,combined with David Harvey's urban entrepreneurial theory and Marxist competition theory,the relevant policy recommendations for improving the overall innovation ability of cities in Northeast China are as follows: First,increase education investment.And the intensity of R&D investment;the second is to improve the business environment of cities in Northeast China;the third is to build an excellent urban environment and cultural atmosphere;the fourth is to enhance the outward orientation of urban economy in Northeast China;and the sixth is to promote the rationalization of income distribution.This paper empirically analyzes the regional differences in urban innovation capacity in Northeast China,introduces economic space location factors and studies the factors affecting urban innovation ability in Northeast China by Changchun City,Shenyang City,Dalian City and Harbin City.Advising the government and relevant departments from the city level,and providing new ideas for the study of innovation capabilities of small and medium-sized cities and underdeveloped cities.
