At the beginning of the insurance industry recovery,car insurance premium income accounts for only a small fraction of the total premium income of insurance,car insurance premium income of more than 2 billion yuan,in 1988,insurance enterprises,for the first time become China's insurance industry's first big danger to plant,opened the prelude of auto insurance is king ",in recent years,our country car insurance premium income base overall assumes the growth,accounting for insurance premium rate of more than seventy percent.Although most insurance companies' auto insurance business is in the state of underwriting losses,but because the auto insurance is the "life insurance" of the property insurance market,the auto insurance market is still a competitive place for insurance companies.Y property insurance company was formally established in 2015,as a relatively young company,it is worth pondering on how to face and solve the problems of products and services existing in the current auto insurance business and survive in the brutal auto insurance market competition.This paper takes the auto insurance business of Y property insurance company as the research object,and analyzes the commercial auto insurance business of Y property insurance company from the perspective of products and services by using literature research method,case analysis method and comparative research method.The first part expounds the research background of this article,the foreign research status and research ideas,etc.,in the second part of this paper briefly introduces the current situation of the development of our country insurance business,the third part of Y introduces the commercial insurance business insurance company,including Y insurance company profile and its commercial insurance business introduction,the fourth part using the car insurance index to Y commercial insurance company car insurance business analysis,pointed out that the current commercial insurance business in compensation and fees and commissions were worrying,spending on the two indicators of product and service problems in a certain extent,led to the emergence of these phenomena,And evaluated the Y property insurance company to develop the commercial automobile insurance service condition.In the fifth part,this paper points out the problems in the development process of Y property insurance company's commercial auto insurance business from the perspective of products and services.The innovation degree of product terms needs to be improved;product refinement pricing ability is weak;the complaints are serious and the service level needs to be improved.In the sixth part,suggestions are proposed for the problems existing in products and services.It is hoped that this paper can contribute to the development of commercial auto insurance business of Y property insurance company and make some contributions to the development of auto insurance business of other property insurance companies.Based on the perspective of products and services,the development suggestions in this paper are as follows: Y property insurance company should enhance its innovation ability and create innovative products and terms;based on the status quo of the automobile industry,to create targeted products;improve the product fine pricing ability,pay attention to data collection and analysis,strengthen the "from the person + from the car" pricing ability;enhance the team's professional quality and moral cultivation,improve the service process,improve the service level;create an auto insurance service ecosystem and improve the value of additional services.
