A is a domestic company which independently researches and develops RFID chips.At the beginning of its establishment,the company committed itself to the research and development of RFID chip with proprietary technology and consumed a lot of money.After the success of research and development,in order to open up the market,A company has set up an application technology team,and developed solutions in some fields,such as food safety,anti-counterfeiting traceability,asset management,safety control,quality control,supply chain tracking,traffic management,etc.The long front made the company spend a lot of money but did not get huge profits.In the environment of the construction of Intelligent City in full swing,A company has found a better market opportunity in the field of intelligent transportation.How to seize this opportunity is the current problem that A company has to seriously consider,analyze and make decisions.Firstly,the macro-environment of A company is analyzed by PEST model and Five-factor framework is used to help A company find its position in the competitive environment of industry as well.The opportunities and threats of A company in the external environment are analyzed by EFE matrix analysis method.Then,starting from the main business,human resources and organizational structure,this paper analyses the resources and capabilities of A company,and uses IFE matrix analysis method to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the company.Finally,SWOT and QSPM are used to help A company make strategic choices,formulate cost-leading strategy,and determine the mission,vision and strategic objectives of the company.In order to ensure the implementation of the cost-leading strategy,this paper puts forward corresponding measures to A company.The measures include aspects of corporate culture,technology,organizational structure,human resources and product market.All over these can help A company to occupy the share of emerging market,reduce the proportion of total cost and increase profits rate under the circumstances of improving its external image and ensuring product quality.
