Research On The Construction Of Intelligent Transportation In Non Central Cities

With the continuous and rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of the people's income level,more and more families have the ability to purchase private cars,which leads to the sharp increase in the number and frequency of use of urban motor vehicles,the contradiction between supply and demand among people,vehicles and roads is becoming more and more prominent,resulting in urban traffic congestion and other urban traffic problems more and more obvious.The traditional methods of alleviating traffic problems are no longer suitable for the contradiction between modern people's traffic demand and transportation infrastructure supply.In recent years,under the background of smart city,scholars at home and abroad have set off an upsurge of research on smart transportation.In addition to the development of cloud computing,Internet of things,big data,5G and other new generation technologies,more and more scholars have launched research on smart transportation,an important part of smart city.Up to now,Nanchong has the third largest number of motor vehicles in Sichuan Province,and Nanchong is the second largest population city in Sichuan Province,a typical non central city.It has also carried out research on intelligent transportation and achieved some results.However,in general,Nanchong's intelligent transportation construction is still in the primary stage of exploration and development,and there are many areas to be improved,which need to be explored and solved.At present,the transportation situation of major cities in China is grim,intelligent transportation has become a necessary and good strategy to alleviate urban traffic problems.This paper focuses on how to effectively use intelligent transportation system to alleviate the current urban traffic problems in Nanchong.Based on this,this paper explores and studies the intelligent transportation construction of Nanchong City,which is a non central city.Based on the theories of urban governance,smart city and public products,this paper analyzes the main traffic problems faced by Nanchong City,as well as the current situation,problems and causes of the intelligent transportation construction,using the methods of literature research and investigation According to the development of Nanchong City,the paper puts forward the strategy suitable for the development of smart transportation in non central cities.This paper first analyzes the existing traffic problems in Nanchong: traffic jams,traffic accidents,public traffic problems,pedestrian problems(including cyclists),parking problems,etc;leads to the necessity of accelerating the construction of intelligent traffic in Nanchong at present,and then analyzes the application of intelligent traffic in Nanchong's traffic management;and according to the current intelligent traffic in Nanchong,The current situation of the construction of Nanchong is to analyze its problems and causes,mainly focusing on the imperfect construction of the intelligent platform,the inadequate intelligent control of traffic lights,the incomplete function of traffic information service,the insufficient information service level of public transport travel and the problems of difficult parking.Finally,combining with the actual development of Nanchong's intelligent transportation,the intelligent transportation platform is to be built to improve the intelligent transportation infrastructure.It is expected to provide some reference value for the development of intelligent transportation in other non central cities and promote the construction of national intelligent cities.
