In recent years,as China's economy stepped into the"new normal",financial reform continuing to be advanced,the market competition of banks is becoming increasingly fierce,the risk continues to be exposed,the profitability is gradually weakened,and the speed of development is slowing down.With the rise of private banks and Internet finance,the media is full of negative information and comments about traditional banks,which has formed a strong psychological impact on employees and candidates.In addition,significant pay increases in civil servants and public institutions employees led to a small comparative advantage in salary of bank employees,especially for employees in basic level,which have already affected the staff stabilization and talent attraction in banks.At the same time,with the development and change of our society,commercial banks have refined and improved their indicators of economic development.A combination of many factors raises the turnover rate of joint-stock commercial banks year by year,and banks become a key industry of large-scale loss of talents.Behind the personnel loss,there are flows of financial resources,customers and management methods.It also brings increased costs,including the direct costs such as recruitment and training,as well as the indirect costs such as low team morale,inadequate reserve forces and exposed core secrets.Such a huge and inestimable cost of personnel loss is becoming an important factor that influences the development of joint-stock commercial banks.How to solve this problem has become one of the most concerned issues.The case study of employee turnover in Bank A,for theoretical researches,has certain academic value to enrich the relevant theoretical knowledge of human resources management.Combined with the data of employee turnover in recent years,the reasons for employee turnover are analyzed,and according to Maslow's hierarchy of needs,the solution to this problem is given.In practical guiding,the study,which discusses the problem of personnel loss in Bank A and puts forward policy recommendations,has certain significance to provide theoretical guidance for practice and promote the development of commercial banks in China.
