| The KM Branch of Agricultural Bank of China once among similar commercial banks in the region has good business development resources,excellent economic benefits and obvious industry competitive advantage.With the continuous reform and deepening of China's financial system and the rapid development of Internet finance,the external operating environment and market competition environment of China's banking industry have undergone tremendous changes;competition from the same industry is becoming increasingly fierce.The KM Branch of Agricultural Bank of China's competitive advantage is weakening;business development encountered a "bottleneck".Based on the comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the business operation of KM branch,this paper put forward the implementation strategy of business development optimization,which had certain research significance for KM branch to enhance the operation ability of enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of the industry.This paper mainly analyzed the business development in KM Branch of Agricultural Bank of China by using PEST analysis model,Porter Five Force model and SWOT analysis model,to comprehensively understand the external environment,internal environment and main competitive forces in KM Branch of Agricultural Bank of China,so as to organically combine it with the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges within the enterprise to conduct the analysis.According to the analysis results,it put forward that the KM Branch of Agricultural Bank of China should improve the overall ability of business development by enhancing the ability of serving "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",optimizing the traditional business marketing mode,integrating product innovation,deepening the transformation of network intelligent reform and establishing the internet financial science and technology service platform,so as to enhance the competitive advantage of the enterprise industry and enhance the market position. |
