| The pharmaceutical industry is closely related to people’s lives and occupies an important position in the national economy. With the growing market share of the pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical logistics has also developed rapidly.Under the continuous promotion of reform and opening up,the compound growth rate of China’s pharmaceutical circulation market during the 11 th Five-Year Plan and the 12 th Five-Year Plan period was as high as 20.5% and 15.2% respectively.By the end of 2017,there were 13,000 pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises in China, and the overall pattern was relatively scattered and small. The market growth rate in the field of pharmaceutical circulation has been declining year by year, but the scale is still expanding. In 2017,the “two-vote system” was gradually implemented from some provinces and cities to the whole country, accelerating the integration of the upstream and downstream of the pharmaceutical industry. The integration of enterprises in the pharmaceutical industry accelerated, and mergers and acquisitions of enterprises also brought about the integration of resources. The implementation of the "two-vote system" has a clear goal-to compress the circulation of drugs, reduce costs, and thus lower the price of drugs. In today’s policy and market environment, the pharmaceutical circulation industry will continue to adjust its structure, transformation and upgrading, and the enterprise development model will only achieve long-term development if it continues to transform. With the deepening of China’s pharmaceutical circulation system reform and the intensification of the trend of specialized division of labor,third-party pharmaceutical logistics has gradually received widespread attention from the outside world, and at the same time it has shown a good momentum of development. The New Deal, such as the "two-vote system",provides more opportunities for the growth of third-party pharmaceutical logistics. Therefore,it is an inevitable trend for more companies to participate in the distribution and distribution of pharmaceuticals in the future.Through the analyzes the survival dilemma of traditional medicine circulation enterprises represented by enterprise A,this paper, with theoretical and practical perspectives, makes an in-depth study of the operation mode selection and strategy of enterprise A’s transformation from a traditional medicine circulation enterprise to a third-party medical logistics enterprise under the background of medical reform represented by the "two-invoice system".The first chapter summarizes the researchbackground, purpose, significance, research content, main research methods,as well as the related research on medical logistics at home and abroad. The second chapter analyzes in detail the concept of “two-invoice system”,medical logistics, basic theory of third-party medical logistics and the transformation strategy of enterprises. The third chapter describes the general situation of medical industry and third-party medical logistics industry, which specifically includes the analysis of the background of domestic medical system reform, the mode of China’s traditional medical industry, and the inevitability of the transformation of medicine circulation enterprises. The fourth chapter mainly introduces the basic operation of enterprise A,analyzes its current operating situation, and analyzes its transformation and upgrade through SWOT(strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats)analysis. This chapter also put forward the corresponding strategy of enterprise A’s transformation and development. Finally, based on the internal and external environment analysis and strategy research of enterprise A’s transformation and development, this paper proposes specific measures to guarantee the transformation and development of enterprise A.The measures include taking advantage of the industrial park, expanding financing channels, carrying out strategic cooperation, expanding business space, integrating resources, effectively improving warehousing management, planning modern medical logistics system and cultivating professional medical logistics talents. This paper puts forward some suggestions for the survival and development of our nation’s third-party medical logistics enterprises represented by enterprise A. |
