Since the 21st century,China's pharmaceutical industry has been at a stage of rapid development and its annual growth rate is at the forefront of the industry.At the same time,the construction of China's pharmaceutical logistics distribution center has also maintained a good momentum and the logistics distribution centers have been continuously built.However,since the introduction and implementation of new medical reform policies such as "two invoice system" in 2016,a considerable number of traditional medical logistics distribution centers in China have been unable to meet the changing order structure and business model.Therefore,the research on the planning and design of medical logistics distribution centers under the new medical reform policy has considerable practical significance.This paper aims to study the impact of new medical reform policies such as "two invoice system" on pharmaceutical logistics distribution centers and provide practical solutions for the planning and design of new distribution centers.This paper studies the development status of China's pharmaceutical circulation industry,the evolution of several core medical policies and their impact on the current pharmaceutical business through literature review.It analyzes the current situation,existing problems and future development trend of China's pharmaceutical logistics distribution center construction.Taking a certain pharmaceutical enterprise as the research obj ect,referring to the domestic and international logistics system planning theory,logistics system simulation and other research,it designed the medical logistics distribution center under the new medical reform policy such as "two-vote system".Taking a certain pharmaceutical enterprise as the research object,referring to the domestic and international logistics system planning theory,logistics system simulation and other research,it designed the medical logistics distribution center under the new medical reform policy such as"two invoice system".Firstly,through EIQ analysis method and ABC classification method,this paper processes and summarizes the inventory data of enterprises and combines the company's own forecast of business volume to obtain the business growth of the enterprise in the future planning period.Secondly,based on the previous research and enterprise standard operating procedures,using the SLP method and genetic algorithm to find the optimal solution for the layout of the enterprise logistics distribution center.According to the business scale of each functional partition,calculate the actual area required for each functional partition and the selected logistics equipment to get the final layout.Finally,through the parametric simulation software Automod to verify the logistics distribution center that has completed the planning and verify the working ability of the equipment.Through the quantitative data results show the actual working efficiency of logistics equipment,and provide support for the planning and design of logistics distribution centers.
