Since the reform and opening up,China's market economy has been more and more perfect after exploration and efforts.From the current situation,China's market is more open and perfect,and has achieved integrated development,which provides broad development space and good development opportunities for all walks of life in China.As far as banking is concerned,China's banking development is standardized,healthy and stable,but the competition is very fierce.If banks want to achieve long-term development in such a situation and environment,they must pay attention to staff incentive work.Employee incentive or talent incentive is an important part of modern human resources management.It has a great impact on talent,initiative,innovation ability and other aspects,which is related to the competitiveness and development of enterprises in the market.At present,the strategies,methods and measures adopted by some banks for employee incentive are not very scientific,and the effectiveness of incentive is low.In view of such problems,we should strengthen the research,discussion and practice of employee incentive improvement in banks.This paper takes ICBC A network as the research object,makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of staff performance appraisal incentive,analyses the reasons for the problems,mainly puts forward some exploratory suggestions on how to improve the staff performance appraisal incentive work of ICBC A network,with a view to providing reference for the staff incentive practice of ICBC A network.
