China's accession to WTO, foreign banks have entered China, the business gradually expanded the scope of network co-operation. China's commercial banks and foreign banks compete, the talent competition for resources. At present, China's commercial banks employ mechanisms to some extent still can not meet the needs of competition is for talent, including the lack of effective incentive mechanism talent is a very important reason.Today,the era of economic globalization, physical capital has become the most active factor of production in key elements. Core competence of human capital has a high degree of dependence, so human capital is an important factor in the development of enterprises. Especially in recent years,Human resources are no longer as in the past been used as a cost, but increasingly as an important resource for enterprises to pay attention. How can we make China's commercial banks in the fierce market competition in an invincible position? Commercial Bank of China's long-term development of power? Numerous outstanding business practice tells us that:human resources as a strategic resource of the modern enterprise has become the most critical factor in the development of enterprises.In this paper, the modern enterprise model of motivation theory and incentives Commercial Bank of China's talent incentive mechanisms were studied. This paper is divided into five chapters, the main research contents are described below:Chapter 1.Introduction to explain the background and significance of topics of research content. Chapter 2. Motivation, and an overview of the characteristics of the banking industry to explain the relevant concepts and theories, the meaning of the banking business, features, and characteristics of their needs analysis, summarized the principles of incentives for practitioners as well as the incentive mechanism design requirements and principles lay the foundation for future research. Chapter 3. C bank external environment and encouragement of the status quo analysis,By analyzing the internal and external environment as well as employee incentive management status, and thus targeted for C Bank on how to build a scientific and effective employee incentives. Chapter 4. C bank employees incentive mechanism design for the existing incentive problems in the implementation of the C bank salary, culture, work, system, incentive mechanism design in order to better motivate employees within the enterprise, to inspire their the spirit of innovation and motivation to work. Chapter 5. conclusion and evaluation, as discussed in the implementation of specific programs need to do preparatory work and summarizes the main contents of papers, the main point of argument and thesis of innovation, and to the need for further research and papers deficiencies.
