| With the development of our society and economy,people’s personalized demand have been increasing and home-stay has becoming progressively popular.In November.2015,the State Council announced for the first time that Home-stay industry should be developed actively,which made home-stay a hot topic.Home-stay has been developing incredibly fast in the world famous tourist destination of Lijiang in those years and thus became an special and charming name card.But because of the low level of promoting management,service,etc.Scandals of Lijiang home-stay has been heard constantly,thus carrying out research on tourist satisfaction of home-stay in Lijiang has become a task that can’t be delayed even for one more minute.In order to make my own contribution,I carried out my research on tourist satisfaction of home-stay in Lijiang.For making a base and carrying out the research,the paper firstly combed relevant analysis and theories and analyzed the concepts and connotations of Home-stay.Based on Tourist Satisfaction,Performance Difference and Expectation Inconsistency Theory,model for measuring tourist satisfaction of Lijiang home-stay has been made and questionnaires have been finally designed.After collecting the questionnaires,data counting and analyzing have been carried out.The results indicates that low tourist satisfaction of Lijiang home-stay lays in the poor sanitary condition,single type of products,less cultural display as well as low level of brand management.Finally,with reference to home-stay in Taiwan,several suggestions for improving the condition,such as reinforcing sanitary management,concentrating on displaying of local culture,strengthening the cooperation with tourist enterprises and enhancing brand management have been given.The biggest creativity the paper made is doing empirical research on tourist satisfaction of home-stay in Lijiang which haven’t been done by scholars so far and the result would benefit the future development of home-stay in Lijiang. |
