Economic And Trade Cooperation Between China And Uzbekistan Under The Background Of "One Belt And One Road" Initiative

Since the Chinese government creatively put forward the initiative of"one belt and one road"in 2013,the economic and trade cooperation between China and Central Asian countries has ushered in a historic opportunity.Among them,bilateral economic and trade cooperation between China and Uzbekistan has also developed rapidly,and the potential of bilateral economic and trade cooperation has been continuously expanded and released.However,in the context of the"one belt and one road"initiative,bilateral economic and trade cooperation between China and Uzbekistan also has some unavoidable restrictive issues,which have affected the potential of bilateral economic and trade cooperation.Therefore,this paper discusses the constraints on the potential development of bilateral economic and trade cooperation between China and Uzbekistan,and analyses the causes of the problems and puts forward some countermeasures for improvement.The following conclusions can be drawn from this study:first,the economic and trade cooperation between China and Ukraine has experienced slow development stage,tortuous development stage and rapid development stage under the background of "one belt and one road"initiative.Under the background of"one belt and one road"initiative,the basic conditions for Sino Ukraine bilateral economic and trade cooperation potential include:the two sides have high political mutual trust,frequent cultural exchanges between the two sides,and formed a good environment for non-governmental exchanges and the construction of the"Silk Road Economic Belt".Secondly,the current situation of bilateral economic and trade cooperation under the background of"one belt and one road"initiative is as follows:bilateral trade and economic cooperation shows a continuous upward trend,but the absolute value of bilateral trade is not high;bilateral bilateral economic and trade cooperation structure is constantly optimized,and China's trade surplus with Uzbekistan is larger.The prospects for cooperation between the two sides are as follows:in the context of the"one belt and one road"initiative,the economic and trade cooperation between China and Ukraine will further optimize the trade structure and scale so as to promote the win-win situation for both sides.Thirdly,under the background of"one belt and one road"initiative,the problems that restrict the bilateral economic and trade cooperation potential of China and Ukraine include:land traffic is not smooth,the complementarity of economic and trade cooperation is not strong,non-traditional security influences exist,and financial support environment is insufficient.Under the background of"one belt and one road"initiative,the reason for restricting the potential of bilateral economic and trade cooperation lies in:the special location affects the traffic construction,the industrial structure is more similar,the regional cooperation governance ability is insufficient,and there has not formed a perfect"one belt and one road"cooperative financial system.Therefore,in the context of the"one belt and one road"initiative,we should promote the potential of bilateral economic and trade cooperation between China and Ukraine.This article suggests that we should improve the political basis of bilateral economic and trade cooperation from the strategic opportunity of"one belt and one road",strengthen the construction of transport system,complement each other's strengths,strengthen the capacity cooperation of mineral resources and energy resources,and strengthen regional cooperation.The construction of the security environment and the improvement of the financial system of Sino Ukrainian economic and trade cooperation.
