With the development of market economy,outdoor advertising has become the"second contour line”of the city.which plays an important role in the city's soft environment and competitiveness.At present,the planning and management of urban outdoor advertisement only includes the contents of"Special Plan for Urban Outdoor Advertising"and the detailed design scheme of individual buildings.Lack of intermediate planning guidance for the management and design of outdoor advertisement results in the disorder and disorder of outdoor advertisement,which seriouslv affects the urban landscape environmentResearch methodsIn this study,using svstem analysis,positioning,environmental factors,target-locked method.GIS simulation method and other methods,combined with outdoor advertising related economic.social,environmental landscape,functions,policies and regulations and other factors,the comprehensive determination of outdoor advertising regulatory index system.Research contents(1)Based on the experience of urban regulatorv index system,this study studies the impact factors of outdoor advertising layout(economic factors,social factors,environmental landscape factors,functional factors,policy and regulation factors),and puts fonvard the regulatorvy and guiding indicators of outdoor advertising regulation combined with the characteristics of outdoor advertising facilities(2)Based on the influencing factors of outdoor advertisement.the control index system of outdoor advertisement facilities is constructed.From this,a three-factor control system(online control,in-line control.road control)is proposed,and the control index of outdoor advertisement regulation is determined by system analysis and positioning methodResearch conclusions(1)Taking the outdoor advertising facilities in Jinbi District of Kunming as an example,the feasi'bility of the application of three-factor control system(online control,in-line control,road control)in outdoor advertising lavout is verified(2)The three-factor control svstem stipulates specified indicators(distribution,location,size.density,form of outdoor advertising facilities)and guiding indicators(shape,color,lighting.lighting,content,etc.)to guide the detailed design of outdoor advertising at the next level.which can better solve the shortboard of outdoor advertising approval management.Research innovation:Based on the Enlightenment of urban regulatory experience,this paper constructs the index system of outdoor advertising regulatory and influencing factor analysis.Starting from the space covered by outdoor advertising in the city,it puts forward the three-factor control index system(online control.in-line control,road control);and uses the methods of system analysis and positioning to determine the control index of outdoor advertising regulatory.
