Study On The Comprehensive Reform Of The Construction Of Small Towns In Tonglu County Fenshui Town Based On The Perspective Of The New-type Urbanization

Small town has the economic function of small town,the development of small town also needs to be taken seriously.In the process of new-type urbanization,it is necessary to continuously promote the healthy and sustainable development of small towns,make the reform and development of small towns more strategic,and at the same time,realize the actual development goals of new-type urbanization.Accurate instructions on urbanization were shown in the report of the 16th national congress of the communist party of China,among which the most important criterion was to emphasize the path of small towns with Chinese characteristics,so as to continuously improve the level of urbanization and achieve coordinated development between urban and rural areas.Since then,with the convening of the 18th CPC national congress and the instructions on urbanization development,the urbanization process has entered a new critical stage.In the party's construction of an all-round well-off society,urbanization plays an indispensable role,which can drive the economic development of towns and villages and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.It is urgent to pay attention to and study the current situation of comprehensive reform,construction and development of small towns at the present stage.In order to play an important role in the process of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,narrow the gap between urban and rural rich and poor,and promote coordinated development between urban and rural areas,it is urgent to pay attention to and study the current situation of comprehensive reform,construction and development of small towns.Therefore,local governments have placed the construction of urbanization in an important strategic position,constantly looking for new ways of development and bringing about regional economic vitality.This paper takes the small town of Fengshui town in Tonglu county as a research object and analyzes the comprehensive reform of the small town.This paper mainly studies the new urbanization construction path of Fenshui town in Tonglu county,continuously seeks out the connotation of new urbanization construction,and better studies the urban construction path of Fenshui town from the perspective of new urbanization construction.On the basis of this research,this paper analyzes the construction of small towns in Fenshui town,analyzes its effects,existing problems and their causes,and puts forward the ideas and countermeasures for promoting the comprehensive reform and construction of small towns in Fenshui town of Tonglu county,which is in line with the requirements of new-type urbanization.Make clear water town with "Fuchunjiang Green Eco-city,Pen Kechuang base in China,Zhejiang Green agriculture base,Hangzhou leisure ecological tourism resort" for the development of a city,strengthen the innovation,strengthen the innovation drive,elements of support,implementation with city fusion tour,agriculture,regional integration of the three measures,efforts to create industrial innovation service complex mosaic,mosaic and rural tourism,urban complex.On this basis,we should optimize the spatial structure planning of small towns,promote the transformation and agglomeration of water-diversion industries,create a livable and business-friendly ecological environment,improve the service guarantee system,change the role of the government,and revitalize the professional talent team.Only through such development path can we promote the development of urbanization process and bring greater coordination degree to the social economy of Fenshui town.
