Manufacturing in China plays an important role in the world.Chinese manufacturing enterprises pay more and more attention to factory automation.But the factory automation equipment project development,construction and implementation suffering very big risk,how to manage and control the risk on factory automation production line construction project is the key point.Working in the automation industry,the author has witnessed many failure factory automation construction projects,how to avoid failure is a critical for enterprises development which cannot be ignored.The factory automation project is characterized by high investment,tight construction period and intensive use of knowledge and technology.It is suffering with various risks from early evaluation to middle implementation and later use.This paper studies the modern risk management theory,takes Z company's automation production line construction project as the research object,and combines qualitative and quantitative analysis to study the risk management of factory automation project.In this paper,the construction process and risk characteristics of Z company's automatic production line construction project are studied in depth.Based on the characteristics of the project and combing the historical literature,the risk identification of the project is carried out by brainstorming method,and the preliminary risk list of four categories,namely,demand factors,technical factors,project management factors and resource and environment factors,is sorted out.After obtaining the preliminary risk list,we use Delphi method to carry out n rounds of expert investigation on the list(n=3 in this paper),at last obtain the identification list of final risk.The risk identification list divides the project risk into four categories,including 15 items.After obtaining the formal risk identification list,on this basis,the AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to establish the risk evaluation index system of the automatic production line construction project.After determining the weight,15 specific risk factors are arranged,and the risk level is divided according to the calculated data.The risk factors of high risk level include product design,technological feasibility,technological capability and production process.The medium risk factors include technical reliability,human resources,quality,high-level support,technical complexity,testing standards,cost,schedule,contract,and the low-level risk factors include safety,manufacturing environment and contract.The last step is to use the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the whole construction project of the automation production line.The conclusion is that the whole project is in the "higher" risk level.According to the statistical results of comprehensive risk assessment,the key monitoring and control,the routine monitoring and control of intermediate risk,and the slight monitoring and control of low-level risk factors are adopted for high-level risk,and the corresponding control measures are formulated.During the whole project period,the project was successfully completed by adopting reasonable risk control measures.In this paper,there are 4 figures,30 tables and 46 references.
