Project management is a "balanced" art project implementation process is very complex,the project management is to ensure the success of the project,project management method and process of mature projects and projects for effective control of adverse events is very necessary.For the modern enterprise in the management of the project risk management is through risk identification,prediction and a series of effective means to reduce costs as much as possible,the risk effectively,has obtained the economic security of enterprise production safety.Shendong regional automation control technology is the key technology research and demonstration project of Shenhua Group's annual science and technology innovation project,which is responsible for organizing the implementation of the project by Shendong.Project for improving the centralized management and control capacity of the mining area,reducing the production of non production,improve the level of safety and security is of great significance.Project PSImining platform for the development of regional intelligent control system based on,and early in Daliuta area in Daliuta coal mine,Halagou coal mine,coal,even four coal mines to carry out demonstration and application of tower.Not only to promote the comprehensive promotion of other mines in the Shendong,but also for the construction of other subsidiary companies of the digital mine project to provide programs and experience.This paper discussed the risk management of the regional automation project,the first is through the use of statistical recognition method,process tracking and identification method,case identification method and brainstorming methods of risk identification,identify risk factors at all levels.Followed by the identification of the elements of the risk of using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for risk assessment,the risk factors of risk values and risk levels.Once again,according to the risk level of each risk factor to develop the corresponding countermeasures and measures,through the establishment of risk monitoring model to strengthen the effective monitoring of risk.At last,the risk management of the project is summarized,and the existing problems and future prospects are put forward.
