Culture is the soul and symbol of a country,is the spiritual support of a nation,is the basis of national identity,national identity and national cohesion,creativity and development.With the advent of the era of globalization,cultural soft power in the international competition began to occupy a more and more important position,play more and more important role.The development of cultural industry has great influence on the comprehensive strength of a country and region.The fifth plenary session of the 17th CPC central Committee proposed that in the "twelfth five-year plan period,"promoting cultural industry as a pillar industry of national economy",the party's eighteenth party of" cultural industry become pillar industry of national economy" integrated into the overall construction of a well-off society index system,the fifth plenary session of the fifth plenary session of the party clearly proposed that"the cultural industry become pillar industry of the national economy by 2020 ".This series of planning will promote the development of cultural industry to the level of national strategic layout.As an important position of cultural industry,the theater provides the public cultural services,meets the cultural needs of the people,and serves as a platform to safeguard the achievements of the reform and cultural development of the people.In recent years,the upsurge of building a theater in our country.According to incomplete statistics,from 2010 to 2011,there were 11 theaters,such as Chongqing grand theatre,Guangzhou opera house,Qingdao grand theatre and so on,and then 29 theaters were completed in 18 provinces and cities in the country.Fujian grand theater,as the symbol public cultural facilities and excellent cultural achievements display platform of Fujian province,was established by Fujian province and dance theater in 2008 as the owner of Fujian grand theater co.,ltd.In the operation of many years,the Fujian grand theater has accumulated and summarized a series of operation and management experience,has achieved certain success,but at the same time,with the deepening of the reform of cultural system in our country has also presented some new problems.Now,the performance market of Fujian grand theater,whether the development of Fujian theater should conform to the current market trend,whether the development strategy needs to have corresponding adjustment and update,is worthy of further study.In this paper,by using knowledge of art and music marketing management of the combination of theory and practice,the first from our theater development and performance market situation analysis of China's current problems existing in the operating theatre and the reasons of these problems,and then to the Fujian grand theater performance market environment and market performance status the analysis,find out the Fujian Grand Theatre is currently facing the development problems,finally combined with the Fujian region characteristic,put forward the development strategy should be from industrialization and provide multiple cultural needs,talents,propaganda and service respectively.Hope to provide a case and reference for the future development of Fujian Grand Theater and the development of the national cultural industry,and also hope to provide useful reference for the development of other small and medium-sized theaters,and bring new ideas.
