85s staff is the group who was born after 1985.Currently,85 s staff have been the essential power and play a vital role in the workplace.However,turnover among 85 s employee that enterprises are sufferring has been extremely serious.Therefore,to study on the turnover from 85 s employee is of realistic significance.Job embeddedness model was proposed by Mitchell in 2001.He considered that an individual is intimately associated with organization and community.The association is defined as like a net or a web in which an individual can become stuck and prefer staying in the organization.After the concept of job embeddedness proposed,job embeddedness was discussed as independent variable of employee turnover.Researches showed that job embeddedness was believed more effective than attitude variable.Thus,this paper aims to introduce job embeddedness to study 85 s employee turnover intention.Finally,some advice will be given to reduce withdrawal rate.This paper reviewed existing literature on job embeddedness and employee turnover.And this research obtained data by conducting a survey participated by 85 s staff.Based on data obtained,this research used reliability analysis,validity analysis,one-way ANOVA analysis,independent-samples T test,correlation analysis and regression analysis.At last,the paper found that job embeddedness has negative relationship with 85 s employee turnover intention;on-job and off-job embeddedness both have negative relationship with 85 s employee turnover intention,but on-job embeddedness is better than off-job embeddedness to predict 85 s employee turnover intention;organization-fit and organization-scarification have negative relationship with 85 s employee turnover intention;community-fit has positive relationship with 85 s employee turnover intention,but the relationship is week.In addition,the paper also studied if demographic variables have an effect on employee turnover intention and job embeddedness.Finally,the paper gave some advice on 85 s employee retention from the perspective of recruitment,training,compensation,career planning,employee participation and so on.
