Research On Regional Differences And Convergence Of Total Factor Productivity In China Circulation Services

In recent years,China's tertiary industry has continued to develop and gradually expand,which has promoted the growth of China's economy.The circulation service industry is an important part of the tertiary industry and plays an important role in promoting consumption and regional economic growth.However,China's circulation service industry is still in the stage of extensive development,and the problems of low efficiency and high cost have become increasingly prominent.In order to meet the needs of regional economic development under the new situation,we should focus on solving the key problems that restrict the development of the circulation industry,improve the level of circulation efficiency,narrow the regional gap,and comprehensively improve the level of circulation modernization.Based on the above analysis,this paper applies DEA-Malmquist productivity index of total factor productivity research circulation services,from the technical efficiency,technological progress and total factor productivity research efficiency of China's circulation industry growth,industry-from the country level to analyze the change tendency of the circulation service industry and the regional differences of circulation services,and further analysis of the circulation service industry convergence of total factor productivity,the development status of total factor productivity,to reveal the source of circulation efficiency and growth,to improve the competitiveness of circulation industry development,promote the circulation industry growth and efficiency,The development that promotes current service industry offers corresponding countermeasure and proposal.Firstly,dea-malmquist productivity index method was used to measure and analyze total factor productivity changes and decomposition of circulation service industry in 31 provinces(cities and districts)from 2006 to 2016.In the eight economic zones of China,only the total factor productivity of circulation service industry in the southern coastal economic zone has increased(the improvement of technical efficiency is the main reason),while the rest of the regions show a declining trend.The total factor productivity of logistics industry and commercial flow industry was not good,and the technical progress index decreased obviously.Secondly,on the basis of dividing China's regions into eight economic zones,the thiel index is constructed to further analyze the regional differences and evolution trend of productivity of logistics service industry.The empirical results show that:1.The measures of range,standard deviation and coefficient of variation from 2006 to 2016 show that the range,standard deviation and coefficient of variation of the national average increased respectively from 2006 to 2016;2.According to the average value of different regions,the extreme difference of the northwest economic zone is the largest,followed by the middle reaches of the Yellow River economic zone,the standard deviation of the middle reaches of the Yellow River economic zone is the largest,and the standard deviation of the southern coastal economic zone is the smallest,and the regional differences increase year by year.The variation of the coefficient of variation is more gentle than the range and standard deviation and is the largest in northwest China.Second,it can be seen from the calculation of theil index that the inter-provincial difference in total factor productivity of the circulation service industry is the largest,and the intra-regional difference in total factor productivity of the circulation service industry is the main source of the overall regional difference.The inter-provincial difference in the northwest region has the highest contribution rate to the overall difference,and the southern coastal economic zone has the lowest.Finally,from a nationwide perspective,the absolute convergence coefficient is positive and insignificant,indicating that there is no convergence trend.After joining information level(XXH),per square kilometer post office(AP),degree of marketization(MAR)after the control variable,the nation and the eight economic zone of the circulation service industry total factor productivity there are beta conditional convergence characteristics,different regions of different control variables on the efficiency of the circulation effect is different,each square kilometer post office(AP)trend of regional convergence effect more apparent.
