Shenqiu County Farmers To Participate In The Industrialization Of Flour Consortium Willingness Study

According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,the development of the agricultural production service industry is an inevitable choice and an important means of realising China’s agricultural modernisation,and the importance of the agricultural production service industry has been specified in the Central Government’s No.1 document for seven consecutive years since 2017,with progressive and in-depth planning for its development,dedicated to creating a comprehensive and integrated agricultural production service industry with strong service functions,improving total factor productivity in agriculture and promoting agricultural modernisation.Currently,China’s social and economic development has entered a new stage,and agricultural development needs to be transformed.As a representative agricultural province,Henan Province is one of the largest agricultural provinces in the country,and its agricultural development is representative,based on this,this paper studies the impact of the agricultural production service industry on the total factor productivity of agriculture in Henan Province,and explores effective measures to promote the modernisation of agriculture.The mechanism of the agricultural production service industry’s influence on total factor productivity in agriculture is based on the theory of division of labour,the theory of industrial association and the theory of total factor production in agriculture,and it is found that the agricultural production service industry influences total factor productivity in agriculture through two paths: promoting technological progress and improving technical efficiency.The present situation analysis reveals that the agricultural production service industry in Henan Province has been developing steadily in general but with obvious regional differences,the industrial base is basically in place but the structure is not reasonable,and the service providers are diversified but the industry is confused.The analysis found that the total factor productivity of agriculture in Henan Province from 2013 to 2021 has been growing gradually,and there are differences in the development of each city.A benchmark regression model was finally constructed using face-to-face version data from 18 cities in Henan Province,and robustness tests and heterogeneity tests were conducted to verify the results of the previous analysis.From theoretical analysis,analysis of the current situation and empirical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the development of agricultural production services in Henan Province has a positive impact on total factor productivity in agriculture;(2)total factor productivity in agriculture is improved mainly through promoting technological progress;(3)there are regional differences in the impact effect,and factors such as geographical location and development positioning are the main reasons for the differences;(4)the level of agricultural production,the Areas with high economic levels have high levels of agricultural productive services and strong innovation capacity,and have a strong radiation drive.In conclusion,the following countermeasures are proposed in conjunction with the conclusions of the whole article:(1)Improving the protection system to stimulate market vitality;(2)Promoting industrial integration to optimise the supply structure;(3)Giving full play to regional advantages to improve service levels;(4)Strengthening regional linkages to drive neighbouring development.Thus strengthening the effect of agricultural production service industry on improving total factor productivity in agriculture and promoting the quality and efficiency of agricultural development in Henan Province.
