Study On Spatial-temporal Differences Of Urbanization Quality And Its Influencing Factors In Gansu Province

With the advancement of our country urbanization,urbanization become the main driving force of economic and social development in our country,urbanization has become the 21 st century in our country comprehensive construction affluent society's development strategy,and technological progress and efficiency improvement in China,to promote production and consumer services growth,achieve tolerance and pratt &whitney economic growth is of great significance.Gansu province is located in the western region of China.The urbanization level of Gansu province is extremely uneven.On the whole,the urbanization rate of Gansu province lags behind that of the whole country.The report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China stressed that one of the most important problems in China's development is to solve the problem of unbalanced and inadequate income distribution and urban-rural regional development.Therefore,how to seize the opportunity to realize the coordinated economic development of Gansu has become an important research topic.Based on this,in this paper,based on system theory and collaborative theory,the unbalanced development theory,ecological theory such as the theoretical basis,combining with the characteristics of each county in Gansu province development area and realistic problem,time and space differences of quality,the accurate definition of urbanization,urbanization,urbanization quality based on the connotation of the difference of space and time,from the urban agglomeration,economic efficiency and social harmony,ecological civilization,urban and rural as a whole the five dimensions of quality of urbanization index system,using the comprehensive evaluation method,principal component analysis(pca)and entropy value method,the entropy value method synthetical measure the quality of the county area urbanization in Gansu province and Dynamic analysis for nearly 11 years county in Gansu province urbanization space differentiation process,pattern,empirical studies of the county,Gansu province urbanization space distribution characteristics and laws,explores the space order and distribution rules of urbanization in Gansu province,and tentatively puts forward the countermeasures of improving the quality of county urbanization in Gansu province Suggestions,provide scientific basis for county urbanization in Gansu province.The main conclusions are as follows:First,the urbanization quality and all dimensions of counties in Gansu province show an overall upward trend year by year,but the overall level is low,the growth is slow,the regional differences are significant,the coordination level is poor,and the stage characteristics are obvious.Second,the urbanization quality of counties in Gansu province experienced a process from weak aggregation to weak dispersion,and had obvious spatial aggregation and correlation functions before 2011,which was in line with the "core-edge" differentiation model of urbanization.Thirdly,the spatial effect between counties and adjacent regions in Gansu province ranges from diffusion or spillover effect to spatial interaction,and the factors that influence the urbanization and spatial differentiation of quality of counties in different periods have different emphases.The significance of the spatial error model from the spatial lag model in 2006 to the spatial error model in 2016 indicates that the spatial effect between different states transforms from spatial diffusion effect to spatial connection.In 2006,population,traffic location,government policies and inter-regional spatial spillover effect were the main factors for the spatial differentiation of urbanization quality,while the over-dependence on resources and low level of economic development restricted the quality of urbanization.In 2016,resource endowment,economic development level,population factor,traffic location and the connection between adjacent areas are the main factors affecting the spatial differentiation of urbanization quality.The constraint of water resources and the slow urbanization process,lagging transportation development and excessive government intervention affect the sustainable development of urbanization.The population quality index in the population factor and the communication facilities index in the traffic location are always the main factors of the spatial differentiation of urbanization quality.
