With the development of global sharing economy and big data economy,organizations will face more and more fierce competition.Especially with the new generation of employees entering the labor market,the working environment and working forms of employees have undergone great changes,and the management of employees will also face great challenges.However,the new generation of employees need to develop their personal career at a higher level,which makes the organization realize that they can effectively manage the new generation of employees through career guidance and career support.As the leader of an organization,it is necessary to study the Career Growth of the New Generation of Employees.As a new style of leadership for realizing the common goals of the organization,leaders and employees share rights and responsibilities.It has become the most effective leadership mode for the organization to face the complex and dynamic economic environment,and also a new leadership mode to stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of the new generation of employees.Existing research is not clear about the relationship between Shared leadership and the Career Growth of the New Generation of Employees.Therefore,this thesis attempts to study the influence of Shared leadership on the Career Growth of the New Generation of Employees.The thesis have not fully proved the mechanism of Shared leadership on the Career Growth of the New Generation of Employees.Therefore,this thesis attempts to explore the mechanism of Shared leadership on the Career Growth of the New Generation of Employees.Based on the social exchange theory and social identity theory,and taking Person-Organization Fit as the mediating variable,this study explores the "black box" of the role mechanism of Shared leadership on the Career Growth of the New Generation of Employees.Taking Perceived Insider Status as the moderating variable,this thesis studies the boundary effect of Person-Organization Fit on the Career Growth of the New Generation of Employees.This thesis took the new generation of employees as the research object, collected 264 pieces of valid data through questionnaire survey,analyzed and verified by Spss24.0 and Mplus17.0 software,and the research results showed:(1)Shared leadership plays a positive role in promoting the Career Growth of the New Generation of Employees;(2)Person-Organization Fit plays an intermediary role in the relationship between shared leaders and the Career Growth of the New Generation of Employees;(3)Perceived Insider Status reversely regulates the relationship between Person-Organization Fit and Career Growth of new generation employees.In other words,when the Perceived Insider Status is low,Person-Organization Fit plays a stronger role in promoting the Career Growth of the New Generation of Employees.On the contrary,when the Perceived Insider Status is high,the promotion effect of Person-Organization Fit on the Career Growth of the New Generation of Employees is weaker.This thesis explores the mechanism of Shared leadership style to the Career Growth of the New Generation of Employees.It provides a new theoretical basis for the research on the Career Growth path of the new generation of employees under the background of global sharing economy.Guide the organization to adopt the Shared leadership to manage the new generation of employees,establish an organizational atmosphere conducive to the work of the new generation of employees,establish a common organizational culture and values,improve the matching degree between individuals and the organization,and promote the new generation of employees and the organization to achieve common tasks,goals and career growth.
