With the progress of human society,traditional energy sources are being consumed continuously,and countries in the world are turning their strategic eyes to environmental protection and renewable new energy sources.Solar power generation as one of the new energy,the development of great potential.After years of development,the global photovoltaic power generation technology and application technology has become increasingly mature,the photovoltaic industry has entered a new high-speed development period.With the promising prospect of the photovoltaic industry,more and more photovoltaic enterprises flood into the market,and more powerful photovoltaic companies seize the market share early.In this context,how to improve the competitiveness and operation ability of enterprises,and attract and retain talents has become the key to the sustainable development of the company.Restricted stock equity incentive is a kind of practice in developed countries has proved that the effective way of long-term incentives,can effectively solve the state-owned listed companies the objective function is inconsistent between senior executives and shareholders entrust-agent produced by contradiction,promote enterprise form a community of interests between executives and shareholders,motivate executives to create more value for shareholders and the society.Company A is A listed photovoltaic company in the early stage of development.With the increasing influence of company A at home and abroad,company A's benefits increase year by year,and the standard of talent introduction is also improved.If company A wants to pursue sustainable development,it needs to introduce long-term incentive plan to attract and retain talents.Firstly,this paper introduces the concepts and related theories of equity incentive and restricted stock equity incentive,analyzes the development situation and background of equity incentive at home and abroad,and determines the writing ideas and application methods of this paper.At the same time,the third chapter makes an in-depth analysis and research on the current situation of company A's incentive system,points out the existing problems of company A's incentive system,and leads to the necessity and feasibility of company A's introduction of restricted stock equity incentive scheme.Secondly,the design elements of the restrictive stock ownership plan of longji shares in the photovoltaic industry were studied in depth,and the experience of longji shares in implementing the restrictive stock ownership incentive plan was used as A reference to provide an example for company A's restrictive stock ownership incentive plan.In chapter 5,A complete set of restricted stock equity incentive plan is designed for company A that is suitable for its own conditions.At the same time,the exercise elements and performance assessment elements are designed.In addition,the linear regression mathematical model is used to make A simple prediction of company A's performance after the implementation of the incentive plan.Finally,the paper summarizes the problems existing in the enterprise itself,scheme design and related stakeholders,and puts forward my own views and countermeasures.
