The national leading enterprise in Heilongjiang Province is one of the important main forces to promote the agricultural development of Heilongjiang Province,and is also the backbone of agricultural supply-side reform.In the non-service level of the enterprise,the grass-roots employee plays an important role in the enterprise.Considering the extensive number of such group of employees,enterprises need to pay high attention to this part for their stable development.In addition,as people's standards for a better life are constantly changing,the standard of evaluatig the work is accordingly changing,reflecting from material to spiritual,from survival to dignity,from the accumulation of wealth to the realization of its own value.Due to these changes,enterprises try to meet employees' needs by providing support in different areas in order to recruit and retain the talents companies require.At the same time,the actual feelings of acquiring essential support from organisation system will lead to positive psychological effect and work-family enrichment among employees,and will further increase the work input,enthusiasm and sense of belonging,so as to ensure the stability of the internal employees and stimulate the work motivation,and ensure the steady progress of the enterprise.In this paper,taking 343 grass-roots employees of the national leading enterprise in Heilongjiang Province as the research object,and regarding self-efficacy as a mediator.Based on the data obtained from the questionnaire survey,through analysis of variance to obtain the control variables,and using hierarchical regression analysis to test the hypothesis.And then the study explores the influence of perceived organizational support on work-family enrichment and whether it effects work-family enrichment through self-efficacy.The conclusions are as follows:(1)At this stage,the level of support provided by the national leading enterprise in Heilongjiang Province to the grass-roots employees is low,the expected level of evaluation tasks is not high,and the positive effects between work and family are not satisfactory.(2)Grass-roots employees with different marital status and working years have significant differences in work-family enrichment.(3)Perceived organizational support has a significantly positive impact on work-familyenrichment.Among them,work support,value recognition and interest care play positive roles.(4)Self-efficacy plays a mediating role between perceived organizational support and work-family enrichment.Combining the conclusions,there are five points of management enlightenment to improve work-family enrichment of grass-roots employees for the national leading enterprise in Heilongjiang Province,providing grass-roots employees with work support,affirming grass-roots employees with existence value,caring for grass-roots employees with vital interests,cultivating grass-roots employees with confidence and paying attention to individual differences among grass-roots employees.
