In the era background of talents competition becomes more and more fierce,the conflict between work and family comes to obvious gradually.How to deal with the relationship between work and family,making work exert more positive influence on family,becoming the required course for every employee.Therefore,this study starts from job crafting,selects person-job fit as mediator and self-efficacy as moderator to study the influence of job crafting on work-family enrichment.First of all,this study puts forward research hypothesis on job crafting has a positive influence on work-family enrichment,the mediator role of person-job fit,the moderator role of self-efficacy,and constructs theoretical model which job crafting has an influence on work-family enrichment,based on reviewing relevant literature,combining the Resource-Gain-Development Model,the dual path model of work-family enrichment,spillover theory and former scholars' research basis.According to the variables in the model,choosing the proper measurement tools,designing questionnaire,issuing 450 questionnaires to enterprise employees,after deleting invalid 52 questionnaires,398 valid questionnaires is recycled in the end.Secondly,the SPSS21.0 software is used to do common method biases testing,reliability testing,descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis testing,the AMOS22.0software is used to do validity testing and competition model analysis.The research results show that: job crafting has a positive influence on work-family enrichment;job crafting has a positive influence on person-job fit;person-job fit has a positive influence on work-family enrichment;person-job fit plays a partial mediator role between job crafting and work-family enrichment;self-efficacy moderates the relationship between job crafting and person-job fit;self-efficacy moderates the mediator effect,which between job crafting and work-family enrichment via person-job fit.At last,this study summarizes the theoretical and practical contribution,and puts forward corresponding suggestions about management practice activities for enterprise:Managers should change the way of thinking,support the behavior of job crafting,help employees develop the level of person-job fit,which can promote the experience of workfield exerting positive influence on family field.At the same time,managers should also strengthen cultivation on employees' self-efficacy,help employees build up work confidence.
