The relationship between work and family is the problem that every enterprise employee will face. With the shift of people work and family value, and overtime, travel and other problems brought from increased competition among enterprises.How to deal with the relationship between work and family becomes common needs of enterprises and their employees.Literature research shows that many academics believe that the study of work—family interface should not confine to the issue of work-family conflict, work—family facilitation existing in reality should be concerned at the same time.The impact of work-family relation reflects in many outcome variables of the organization, and has been confirmed by lots of studies.The turnover problem becomes the focus in the background of turnover rate and labor cost increasing together in china. Therefore the relation study between work-family relation and turnover intention will become necessary.How to balance work and family relation is the ultimate goal of many academics of studying the problems of work and family relation. Their solution can be mainly divided into three aspects:individual, organizational and social support. For enterprises, the organizational strategy to help employees to solve this problem is more realistic and controllable.From the perspective of perceived organizational support, the relation study between it and work-family relation is very important for seeking the organizational support policy to solve the work and family problem.Some scholars believe that work-family relation play mediary role in the relationship among some variables. This article studies the relationship between work-family relation and turnover intention, and between work-family relation and perceived organizational support.And researches the mediary role of work-family relation between perceived organizational support and turnover intention at the same time.This work has important value for clarifying the mechanism of the relationship between perceived organizational support and turnover intention. Simultaneously, it is instructive to consider the role of work-family relation in the future study of the relationship between other variables.The purpose of this article is to provide the empirical support and business management suggestions to the work and family relation issues based on the study of the relationship between work-family relation and perceived organizationa support, between work-family relation and turnover intention, as well as its mediary role between perceived organizationa support and turnover intention with emphasis on the work-family relation issue.On the basis of literature research, this article adopts the survey research and statistics analysis methods. The results show that:One, work and family interface exists not only the work-family conflict, but also work-family facilitation, and there is significant difference between them.Employees experience work-family conflict and work-family facilitation. They experience higher level of work-family enrichiment.Two-way difference of the former is not significant. Differently, two-way difference of the latter is significant, employees experience higher level of family to work enrichiment (individual family to work facilitation).Two, work-family relation has an significant effect on turnover intention. Specifically, work-family conflict has a significant positive impact on turnover intention, work-family enrichiment has a significant negative impact on turnover intention.The balance of work and family is of great signifance for enterprises and employees. And the interaction between work and family will impact organizationa outcome variables. Work-family relation has an significant effect on turnover intention. Therefore, it becomes more realistic and meaningful for enterprises to care the needs of employees’ family and work relation.Three, perceived organizational support has an significant effect on work-family relation. Specifically, perceived organizational support has a significant negative impact on work-family conflict, perceived organizational support has a significant positive impact on work-family enrichiment.The perceived organizational support will impact significantly employees perceived level of work-family conflict and work-family enrichiment.Improving the level of perceived organizational support will lower the level of employees perceived work-family conflict as well as improve the level of employees perceived work-family enrichiment.It will have a multiplier effect for the balance work and family relation.Four, work-family relation partially mediate the relationship between perceived organizational support and turnover intention. Specifically, work-family conflict and work-family enrichiment both partially mediate the relationship.Five, each concept variable exists significant difference in different level of demographic variables,overtime and travel.
