Insufficient imbalance is the main contradiction our society facing at present, and this contradiction exists in all aspects of society. With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and the continuous improvement of the market economic system,China's resident families have formed a stable social hierarchy, but the current social hierarchy is still in an unbalanced state, and there is a problem of "structural tension" existing in our society.Residents in the same hierarchy have a similar degree of similarity and social behaviors, but Residents at different hierarchy have large gaps in all aspects, especially in terms of wealth, social resource possession, consumption constraints, and socio-economic behaviors. This difference in different hierarchy can promote social progress under certain circumstances, but when the gap is gradually widened, the gap between the lower hierarchy and the higher hierarchy cannot be overcome by efforts,it will bring social instability. The promotion of human capital in the family is an important channel to change the hierarchical attributes and achieve the level jump. The most important aspect of the family human capital improvement is the family's intellectual investment expenditure. The family intelligence investment includes all members of the family within a certain period of time. The expenditures arising from the improvement of knowledge and skills have not been concerned with the relationship between hierarchical attributes and family intelligence investment, and Past research has not found the relationship between intellectual investment and the family hierarchy.Facing contradictions and resolving contradictions are important rules for dealing with China's economic and social affairs.Based on the theory of social stratification and family education and tiered mobility, this paper uses empirical methods of statistical dataset from Peking University. The data of three micro-family economic behavior surveys conducted in 2012\2014\2016,constructing stratified indicators including seven categories of family information, using the K-MEANS stratification method to conduct hierarchical research on micro-families,and establishing family intelligence investment expenditures and family-level attributes Relationship model.Through research,it is found that the stratification of social and family in China is obvious, and the overall social stratification structure is still in the transitional stage from "pyramid" to "olive".The hierarchical structure caused by household registration and the hierarchical structure caused by residential areas exist. The larger difference is that the hierarchical structure of rural and central and western regions presents a more prominent "pyramid" structure, and the gap between the levels is very large. The urban area and the eastern region have an "olive",type hierarchical structure. The gap between them tends to be reasonable. At the same time,it is found that the intellectual investment expenditure and family-level attributes of Chinese families show a relatively significant"U"-type relationship.Among them, the motivation and stability of the intellectual investment expenditure in the middle and lower levels are higher than the lowest level and the other highest two-Family level.By constructing family control variables(liquidity constraints, wealth factors, human capital maintenance factors, family size factors),"inertia" factors,"control" factors, and "uncertainty"factors,we find that these factors have little effect on the inverted "U" relationship between intellectual investment expenditure and family-level attributes, and the stability of this nonlinear relationship between the two is also verified. It has also been found that these variables have a significant impact on the family's intellectual investment expenditure. This paper provides information on the problems and conclusions found in the research to increase the income of low-level residents, increase inter-layer mobility, reduce the gap between levels, improve the fairness of basic education, improve the education level in the central and western regions, improve social security, and reduce the uncertainty of residents, with a view to formulating policies for families with different characteristics, reducing inter-layer gaps, promoting inter-community mobility, improving the quality of education, increasing the return on intellectual investment, continuously reducing the risk of "structural tension" in society, and reducing social conflicts.
