Housing as a necessity of social life,the differences in the distribution process gradually form a housing stratification phenomenon,which is not only not conducive to solving the current difficulties in the development of the real estate market,but also will help the irrational prosperity of the real estate market and exacerbate the wealth and wealth of urban residents.The gap has caused a series of social problems.This paper links the source of urban residents' housing resources with housing stratification,and intends to cross-study the social mobility mechanism and housing stratification mechanism,presenting a new perspective for the current Chinese housing stratification,and trying to be sociology.The development of empirical evidence.The so-called flow mechanism is a historical background,institutional arrangement,dynamic path,and dominant rules that can determine people's ability to obtain a certain life status and achieve upward mobility in society.And the flow rules determine the nature of this social mobility mechanism.The so-called flow rules refer to the pre-existing rules and the post-rule rules.The "first-five rules" refer to the social and historical conditions that individuals are innate and cannot choose,including national systems,policy arrangements,educational environments,and family backgrounds.,talent and other content.The "self-regulating rule" is also called the post-factor.It refers to the opportunity for people to gain advantage through the diligent study and subjective efforts of the day after tomorrow.At the same time,the society gives corresponding social evaluation and social status according to people's ability,effort and work performance..This paper combines social mobility rules with housing stratification.It is believed that the differences in housing conditions of urban residents are mainly influenced by the pre-existing and self-induced factors.Mastering the self-induced dominant rules is of great significance for the construction of harmonious housing relations.This paper takes the comprehensive survey data of China's social conditions in 2015 as the foothold,and builds an orderly regression model by citing relevant literatures at home and abroad to conduct an in-depth analysis of the housing stratification mechanism.The first chapter is the introduction part.Based on the intensification of the gap between the rich and the poor in society and the increasingly obvious realistic background of housing stratification,combined with the research status at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the research questions of this paper:(I)Is there a stratification of urban residential housing?(2)What is the formation mechanism of urban residents' housing?(3)Does the pre-existing factor have a significant impact on the acquisition of residential housing status?What factors have a significant impact?(4)Can the self-contained factor break the intergenerational inheritance role of the residential housing status,so that the residents' mobility in the acquisition of housing resources is enhanced?What kind of factors can make a difference?(5)Which of the first rules and self-induced factors in the flow rules has a greater impact on the housing stratification of urban residents?And it is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze the housing stratification mechanism to promote social stability and harmony.The second chapter is the theoretical analysis and research hypothesis.This chapter cuts in from the theoretical background of social stratification mechanism in the period of market transition,and combines the theoretical background of social mobility to summarize the evolutionary trajectory of housing inequality of Chinese urban residents since the reform and opening up.The stratification mechanism mainly goes through three main stages:the first to lead,the self-induced germination stage;the self-induced development stage based on the first one;the first role,the self-intensification stage.Therefore,the research hypothesis of the empirical part of this paper is proposed.The third chapter,the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter are the empirical research part of this paper.The third chapter and the fourth chapter are based on the overall situation of urban residents in China,and study the housing stratification mechanism.The fifth chapter is in the subdivision.On the basis of the market,study the stratification mechanism of residential buildings in different urban categories.The third chapter mainly prepares for the analysis of the stratification mechanism of urban residential housing,that is,model construction.This part mainly solves two problems.First,the independent variables of the housing stratification mechanism model are selected,and it is found that the urban residents who occupy different ascribed factor and self-actualized factors have great differences in housing,and the high-quality resources will bring higher housing returns to the residents.Secondly,the dependent variables were treated and the potential category analysis model(LCM)was used to spontaneously classify the differences in housing resources between urban residents and urban residents in the subdivided market.It was found that the housing stratification presented a kind of "rugby" form in the whole.At the same time using the "housing class status scale"(HCSS)to human and bound of housing resources,identify in each case housing estate,and interact with the result of spontaneous classification and artificial classification analysis,found the housing group classification and spontaneous human housing there is strong relationship between the class status and confirm the existence of the hierarchical structure.The fourth chapter mainly constructs an orderly regression model from the housing stratification mechanism from the first and the self-induced factors,and compares the proportional advantages between the factors to determine the main influencing factors.It is found that:(1)In the analysis of the overall housing stratification mechanism of urban residents in China,the influence of the first factor on the stratification of residential buildings is higher than that of self-induced factors,and its leading role in the housing class reveals that the level of solidification still remains to some extent.presence.(2)The first aspect:the social background,resource transmission and status inheritance of urban residents are an important part of residents' ability to obtain housing resources.The age of urban residents,the education of their parents,the employment of their parents,and the income of other members of family members have a greater impact on the stratification of urban residents.(3)Self-induced aspect:The capital accumulation and status acquisition of urban residents constitute an important part of the ability to acquire housing resources.Among them,the political appearance,education level,occupation,English skills,and personal income of residents have a greater impact on housing stratification.The fifth chapter mainly discusses the housing stratification mechanism of different cities.Through the potential category analysis technology and the "housing class status scale",it is found that the second and third types of urban housing have a relatively healthy "rugby" structure,while the first type of cities have a "pyramid"form,and the polarization between the rich and the poor in housing is severe.At the same time,there are differences in the housing stratification mechanism in different market segments.The differences between the first class cities and the third class cities are mainly subject to the differences of the prior factors,while the residents of the second class cities can better play the role of the self-induced factors.The sixth chapter is the conclusion of this article.This part mainly answers the questions raised in the previous article:(1)China's urban residential housing stratification is similar to the "rugby" in general,and the housing stratification of different market segments is also better,except for one class.In the city,the classification of housing groups appears in the shape of a "pyramid".(2)The formation mechanism of urban residential housing stratification in China is mainly composed of five aspects:social background,resource transmission,status inheritance,capital accumulation and status acquisition.(3)The pre-existing factors of urban residents have an impact on housing stratification,and at the same time,residents can inherit the superior conditions of their parents to a certain extent,so as to obtain more benefits in housing.(4)The possession of strong self-contained factors can indeed enhance the initiative of urban residents in the acquisition of housing resources.(5)China's urban residents come from pre-existing factors,which intensifies housing inequality.The self-induced factors have slightly less support for the housing level.However,in the second-tier cities where the housing market is more developed,the first-funded and self-induced factors are on the same track to improve the housing conditions of urban residents.Therefore,in order to build a harmonious housing relationship,this paper attempts to put forward some suggestions:At the level of the first level,the government should take effective measures to stabilize urban housing prices and promote the healthy development of the housing market;at the self-induced level,increase the channels for individual improvement and optimize the allocation of social resources.
