A Study On The Willingness Of Homestead Circulation Under The View Of Peasant Household Stratification

China’s urban development is prospering with each passing day,as well as urbanization and industrialization.China’s urban construction land growth is also significantly accelerated,at the same time,in the vast rural areas,due to the existing laws on the rural homestead strict restrictions,illegal occupation of arable land,illegal construction,The rational distribution of rural homestead is of great significance to the intensive and efficient use of rural construction land,to avoid the occupation of rural cultivated land by urban construction,to coordinate urban and rural production and life and ecological space,to promote the process of urbanization and to promote the construction of new socialist countryside.Based on the existing research results,this paper discusses the current situation of rural homestead in Anguo City on the basis of the research results of rural homestead,which is based on many domestic and foreign scholars.According to the theory of household stratification,the annual income of farmers in Hebei Province is compared with the annual income of Anguo City,and the farmers in Anguo City are divided into low-income and middle-income groups.The results are analyzed by using single factor analysis,which may affect the farmers’ And the logistic regression analysis model is used to analyze the specific factors influencing the willingness of farmers’ homestead distribution.Combining with the research results of the paper,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the transfer of rural homestead.The results show that the number of migrant workers in the family or the number of people living outside the family and the annual income of the family have a significant effect on the willingness of the farmers’ homestead.The willingness of the low-income peasant households is mainly affected by the total annual income of the family,the number of migrant workers in the family or the number of foreign residents and the degree of farmer’s education.The factors that have significant influence on the willingness of the high-income peasant households are the number of migrant households or The number of foreign residents and the number of homesteads.
