Research On Risk Management Of Core System Project Based On Open Source Software Of Bank A

Open source technology is developing rapidly in the Internet industry and brings great benefits.The banking industry has also begun to try to apply open source software for reasons of cost reduction,supporting for high concurrency and autonomy.And because of the characteristics of open source software,this move also brings a lot of risks.Banks have begun to experiment with low-risk business systems,gradually moving toward high-risk systems,and have begun to involve important systems such as core systems.Correspondingly,the risk is also greatly increased.In particular,the core system of the bank is far more important than other systems,so it is necessary to study risk management of this project.The main research work of this paper is:(1)Analyzed the characteristics of the core system project of A bank based on open source software and the status quo of risk management,studied the risk management theories and methods at home and abroad,and established the risk management process of the bank core system project based on open source software.(2)Comprehensively use the brainstorming method,questionnaire survey method,WBS-RBS method and other scientific methods to identify the risks and obtain a list of project risk factors.(3)Using the analytic hierarchy process to establish a risk assessment model,and quantitatively calculate the weighting of risk factors.(4)In the actual project,use the risk research results to propose effective countermeasures for key risks.The results of risk management research are verified by the good results obtained by the project to determine the validity and rationality of the model.The core system of the bank is related to the country's financial security and the lives of hundreds of millions of customers,and its risk management is very important.The risk management research results of this paper can effectively reduce the project risk,which is conducive to the stability of the bank's core system,and can also promote the use of open source software by banks to achieve efficiency and cost reduction.It has important practical significance.
