| The development of modern banking industry relies on the application and promotion of information technology.As the "heart" of bank information technology,the core system of bank plays an extremely important role in the development of banking business.The focus of informationization of city commercial banks has gradually shifted to management informationization and decision-making informationization.While realizing business processing informationization,banks continue to improve management systems,risk systems,and assessment systems.The core system provides the main technical support platform for various transaction processing and data management systems.Due to external regulatory constraints,intensified market competition,internal management and business expansion,the core system of banks is facing the test of changes in the living environment.The construction of a new generation of core system in line with international standards has become the fulcrum of the successful transformation of banks.Many domestic banks have chosen to build a new core system to enhance their core competitiveness.From the perspective of the overall business of the bank,the new core system will follow the concept of customer-centered,financial services and products-based,digital management and management as the goal,and adapting to the rapid development and change of future business and market as the requirement,and adopt advanced design ideas such as standardization,componentization and parameterization to create a future-oriented business processing system.The new core system project of S bank is supported and valued by senior management,which is regarded as the basis for the development of S bank in the next ten years.The new core system project has the characteristics of long implementation cycle,complex relationship,large number of participants and high quality requirements.Reasonable and effective risk management is the cornerstone of project success and helps to reduce the probability of project construction failure.This thesis summarizes and analyzes the theoretical method system and research progress of project risk management,expounds the basic concepts of information technology and its risk and software project risk management,and studies the risk management of S bank’s new core system project with reference to the mature software project risk management model.Firstly,the expert interview method is used to collect and sort out the risk factors of S bank’s new core system project,and five major project risks are identified,including 19 sub-project risks.The major project risks include management risk,demand risk,development risk,data risk and production risk.Then,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the project risk factors are evaluated,the risk weights of the project risk factors relative to the whole project are calculated,and the risk weights are sorted.Finally,the risk level is divided,and the risk response strategies are formulated one by one according to the specific risk factors,so as to reduce the impact of each risk factor on the project construction,improve the management level and ability of the project manager,and ensure the smooth commissioning of the project as planned.The risk assessment model has certain reference significance for the risk management of subsequent IT projects of S Bank and other city commercial banks. |
