At present,with the rapid development of economy and the deepening of industrial reform,the traditional financial analysis method cannot meet the requirements of enterprise stakeholders.Harvard Analytical Framework upgrades the traditional financial analysis methods theoretically,taking strategic analysis as the basis,accounting analysis as the basis,financial analysis as the target,and prospect analysis as the guarantee,and comprehensively considering the financial information and non-financial information of enterprises.As a representative enterprise in the clothing industry,Meters Bonwe faces not only the suppression of international famous clothing brands in the market competition,but also the catch-up of domestic clothing companies.The development of Meters Bonwe has encountered huge challenges.This paper takes Meters Bonwe as the specific research object and applies the Harvard Analytical Framework to conduct comprehensive financial analysis.Compared with traditional financial analysis,it can more objectively and accurately find the problems existing in the business process of the enterprise,so as to provide decision-making reference for the business management personnel of the enterprise.The paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which comprehensively summarizes the research background of this paper,expounds the research purpose and significance,summarizes the research content,explains the research methods used in this paper,and sorts out the viewpoints of relevant scholars at home and abroad.The second part is an overview of relevant concepts and theories,mainly introducing the traditional analytical methods and relevant theories of Harvard Analytical Framework.The third part is the general situation and business status of Smith barney clothing,mainly introduces the development process,financial situation and business situation of Smith barney clothing.The fourth part is the focus of this paper.The Harvard Analytical Framework is specifically applied to Meters Bonwe.Through macro environment analysis and SWOT analysis,the strategic analysis of Meters Bonwe is conducted,laying a foundation for the later analysis.In terms of accounting analysis,subjects that account for a relatively large proportion of Meters Bonwe assets are selected for analysis,providing a basis for the financial analysis of Meters Bonwe in the following paper.In terms of financial analysis,this paper analyzes the typical financial indicators of Smith barney clothing under the conditions of debt service,operation,profitability and growth ability,and selects Semir similar to Meters Bonwe in terms of scale and positioning and SouYuTe company for horizontal comparison.Finally,the prospect analysis of Meters Bonwe is conducted to predict the company's future business strategy and development direction through the analysis of strategy,accounting and finance.The fifth part provides suggestions for the future development of Meters Bonwe.Through the comprehensive analysis of the fourth part,it can help the business managers of Meters Bonwe to better understand the existing problems of the company,and put forward feasible Suggestions for the existing problems,so as to provide reference for the future business management of the enterprise.
