Financial Analysis Of GM Company Based On Harvard Analysis Framework

In recent years,as environmental pollution and resource shortages have intensified,the state has strongly encouraged the development of a circular economy and began to promote the concept of circular economy in the whole society.Renewable resources are an important part of the circular economy,so it is extremely urgent to vigorously develop the renewable resources industry.Renewable resources refer to some of the discarded resources that are recycled.The secondary resources that can be used after they are processed and processed are of great significance for alleviating the pressure on environmental carrying and alleviating the shortage of resources.In recent years,the world’s major developed countries have invested huge sums of money,formulated preferential policies,provided technical support,and promoted the rapid development of the renewable resources industry.The renewable resources industry has become the fastest growing sunrise industry in the world.Based on the traditional financial analysis method,this paper integrates the Harvard analysis framework and selects GM company,one of the renewable resource industry enterprises,as the research object of this paper,so as to achieve the purpose of comprehensive analysis of GM’s financial status.Based on the Harvard analysis framework,this paper analyzes the company’s financial status from four aspects: strategy,accounting,finance and prospect.Firstly,the PEST model is used to analyze the macro environment of the renewable resources industry,and then the SWOT model analysis of GM company is carried out to find out the economic significance of its business activities.Secondly,the main accounting policies and accounting estimates of GM companies are analyzed and compared.The company compares and judges whether it is reasonable;once again,longitudinally analyzes the financial indicators of GM for the past five years,and compares horizontally with the financial indicators of the company for the past three years to evaluate its solvency,operational capability and profitability;Forecast the development prospects of GM.Through analysis,it sums up the problems existing in the current development of GM company,and proposes improvement suggestions for the problems.It hopes to provide some reference for the management of GM company,and also hopes to help the GM company to develop better while it is healthy for other companies in theindustry.Development can have a certain positive impact.
