Research Of XiAn Catering Co,Ltd Of Finance Benchmarking Management

As one of the nine listed companies in China's catering industry,Xi'an has certain advantages and representativeness in all aspects.However,compared with the industry leader Quanjude,there is still room for improvement in terms of finance and operation.How to maintain its own advantages and broaden the future development prospects of the company in today's hot restaurant industry is a problem that Xi'an diet has yet to solve.As a kind of advanced management method recognized at home and abroad,benchmarking analysis has proved the superiority of this method.The financial benchmarking analysis of Xi'an diet can not only enable enterprises to better understand their own business conditions,but also find out their own shortcomings and realize the gap between themselves and the benchmarking company by comparing the learning process,thus making Xi'an diet Insufficient in the business process to point out,make recommendations on the future development of the company and improve the competitiveness of the industry.This paper takes Xi'an diet as the research object,and uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,literature research methods and comparative analysis methods to analyze the Xi'an diet and Quanjude financial benchmarking.Firstly,this paper discusses the background and significance of the topic selection,reviews and summarizes the problems existing in domestic and foreign financial benchmarking analysis and the impact of implementing benchmarking analysis on enterprises,and expounds the research methods and technical routes used.Secondly,the financial benchmarking is introduced in detail from the aspects of the meaning,classification,function and benchmarking of the benchmarking management.Comprehensive analysis of the operation status of each listed company in the catering industry,through the analysis and comparison of the selection of appropriate financial benchmarking indicators,to lay the foundation for a more scientific benchmarking analysis and draw useful conclusions.Thirdly,it introduces Xi'an's catering business and operation status in detail,and discusses the feasibility of implementing the financial benchmarking analysis of Xi'an diet.According to the principle of financial benchmarking,we chose the company Quanjude,which is the most suitable for Xi'an diet financial benchmarking analysis.Finally,in view of the problems found in the twocompanies' financial benchmarking,it is concluded that Xi'an diet should shorten its gap with industry benchmarking enterprises,and should improve its own capabilities,reduce operating costs,and clarify development prospects.
