Logistics operation efficiency relate to the enterprise existence directly. How implement logistic performance evaluation to improve the falling logistics operation mode which becomes the key of enterprise management to face .But, difference standard and data collection which make the logistics performance evaluation exist lots of problems. The benchmarking is a more advanced mode in the current management method. Choosing the indicators of benchmark and certainly has been the key of problem that the enterprise carry on benchmarking.This paper, logistics performance evaluation indicators and benchmarking were studied. First, companies, which pertain to transportation tool manufacturing plate was chosen from which had come into our country market. Their six year data were collected to analyze, carried on a calculation according to the logistics indicator selected by examinations to get the whole indicator data of plate.
