Research On The Docking Mode Of Modern Agricultural Industrial Technology System And New Business Subject

Agriculture is the important foundation of China's economic development and it is of obvious significance.With the continuous development of agricultural modernization,the new business entity,as an emerging product in the field of agriculture,has attracted attentive attention of the society.It has changed the simple development mode,and moved towards the diversified development.As a micro organization in agricultural development,when compared with the traditional small farmers,the business entity has more advantages in agricultural production development,quality and efficiency improvement,having become the major force to promote China's agricultural development.With the advancement of new business entity,its problems exposed in the development has become gradually prominent,which are mainly weak ability of scientific and technological research and development,weak industry chain,badly in need of the scientific and technological support.However,the national millet sorghum industry technology system in China's modern agricultural industry technology system,has been long engaged in the research and development of millet,sorghum and monggol.Because the scientific research and development is not carried out based on market,the research direction is not clear,the scientific research efficiency is low,the scientific research results and market demand are disconnected,and the waste of scientific research funds is seriously.In order to achieve the connection of the two and solve their existing problems,this paper carries out questionnaire survey,conference research,and telephone interview against the post experts and the heads of comprehensive experimental station of the national millet sorghum industry technology system.And field surveys against the operators of the agricultural leading enterprises,leading specialized households,family farms,and farmer professional cooperatives are conducted at the same time.From the perspectives of new business entity and national millet sorghum industry technology system,the questionnaire analyses are made.The paper strives to find the problems and requirements in the connection between the two,and study their connection mode,so as to make the two connected effectively while providing a reference to the connection of the modern agricultural industry technology system as well as other systems and the new business entity mode.
