Analysis Of The Role Of Technology Innovation In Hebei Province On The Development Of Modern Industrial System

Modern industrial system is an industrial structure compatible with the modern economy, which is an important sign of economic development level and comprehensive strength of a country or region.Modern industrial system in Hebei Province is facing the problems of low level of industrial structure, the extensive mode of industrial development and the weakness of industrial competitiveness.There are some reasons,for example the irrational investment structure, the shortage of high-quality labor shortage,the weakness of technology innovation ability and so on.Among the reasons, the technology innovation ability is the core factor that affect the development of modern industrial system. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to improve the growth of technical innovation, making it play the positive role in the modern industrial system of Hebei Province, in order to achieve the standard of a modern industrial system as soon as possible.The research analysis the drive of technical innovation in modern industrial system through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,which is based on the current situation of the development of modern industrial system in Hebei Province.We conclude that technological innovation promote industrial structure optimization and the development of modern industry by upgrading traditional industries, promoting new industries and sectors associating related industry. On the basis of theoretical analysis, using the econometric method to make empirical analysis on technological innovation capability of Hebei Province and the modern industry production value.There is indeed a relationship between the technological innovation capability and GDP of modern industries. And then establishing a regression model to calculate the contribution of technology innovation capabilities to the modern industries’ GDP. Finally, Finally, put forward suggestions on how to improve the level of technology innovation and how to guide the technological innovation to promote modern industry in Hebei Province. One is considered from the modern industrial point of view, we have to increase the inputs of technological innovation elements in modern industry,and develop modern industry by green agriculture, circulation industry and modern service industry. From the perspective of technology innovation,we need to perfect regional innovation system,by strengthening talent reserves, improving the capability of independent innovation and pushing forward the construction of industrial parks.
