The Research On The Capability Evaluation System Of National Defense Science And Technology Industry

With the rapid development of world science and the changing of surrounding security situation,the national defense science and technology industry has become a new research focus. This paper study the meaning, characteristics and content of national defense and technology industry, constructed the evaluation system of national defense science and technology industry, analysis of function and content of evaluation system.Based on the national defense science and technology industry and the ability of national defense science and technology industry, First of all, this paper sorted out the development of science technology and industry for national defense, puts forward the concept and characteristics of science technology and industry for national defense, analysis the ability of industry of national defense science and technology of the meaning,characteristics and basic content, analyzes the formation mechanism of the ability of industry of national defense science and technology. Secondly, this paper constructs the evaluation system of industry of national defense science and technology evaluation ability,including foundation, evaluation subject, evaluation object, evaluation process. Analysis of evaluation results, we improve the capability evaluation system of industry of national defense science and technology.
