Research On Rural Financial Support For Rural Economic Development In Qinhuangdao City

2018 is the fifth year that the State Council has continuously promoted rural economic development as the core content of the No.1 document.The newly issued "Opinions of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee on the Implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy" is a core programmatic document for our work on the "three peasants".The question of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has a real bearing on people's living standards,especially those of rural residents.In order to solve the existing problems of agriculture,rural areas and rural areas,we need to increase rural residents 'incomes,support rural economic development,break down the "dual" economic system between urban and rural areas,and narrow the gap between urban residents' lives.As an important factor in driving rural economic development,rural finance plays an important role in promoting agricultural production and income,expanding the rural real economy,and supporting the development of small,medium-sized and small enterprises involved in agriculture.To solve rural economic problems,we must deal with the problem,and analyze the specific problems according to the current situation of farmers,agriculture,and rural areas.However,rural economic development can not be separated from rural financial construction.Rural finance is increasingly important in promoting rural economic development.The purpose of this paper is to investigate and analyze the current situation of rural economic development in Qinhuangdao City,and through visiting the financial institutions and rural residents and enterprises in Qinhuangdao City,to find out the problems existing in rural economic development in our city and the problems existing in rural financial promotion of rural economic development.The reasonable solution is put forward in order to promote the development of rural economy in Qinhuangdao City.After obtaining first-hand research data,this paper combines literature research method,field research method and qualitative analysis method to study the problem.The combination of theory and practice can better study the problem.This paper points out that there are financial repression,incomplete coverage of agricultural financial products,imperfect credit evaluation system,unreasonable financial structure,insufficient effective financial demand of peasant residents,and access to funds in promoting rural economic development from two aspects: supply and demand Single.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions such as improving the rural financial supply system,improving the efficiency of rural financial development,improving the function of policy-oriented banks,and improving the construction of rural credit system.As one of the few literatures to study rural finance in Qinhuangdao,this paper puts forward some pertinent suggestions for promoting rural economic development in Qinhuangdao city,It has certain value and reference significance to study the rural economic development of Qinhuangdao City.
