Research On The Development Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives In Linzhou Of Henan Province

The new agricultural operating subject is the core power of developing modern agriculture and the backbone of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.As an important part of the new agricultural operating subject,farmers' professional cooperatives play an important role in promoting rural stability,increasing agricultural efficiency and increasing farmers' income.In 2007,China defined the market position of farmers' professional cooperatives in legal form for the first time.After more than ten years,farmers' professional cooperatives have made remarkable achievements in development.The number of farmers' professional cooperatives has been increasing by leaps and bounds,with an average of 3 farmers' professional cooperatives in each administrative village.At the same time,the fields of cooperation have been gradually expanded,and the industrial chain has been extended,which has become the driving force of China's rural economic development that cannot be underestimated.Although farmers' professional cooperatives showed good development trend,they are also faced with problems such as poor driving force,lacking of funds and too many empty shells,which are not conducive to their sustainable development.As an economically strong county,the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Linzhou has similar problems.In this context,this paper,by analyzing and summarizing the domestic and foreign literatures on farmers' professional cooperatives,based on the theories of cooperatives,organization management,agricultural industrialization and transaction costs,explores the farmers' professional cooperatives in Linzhou through questionnaires and field visits.On the basis of reviewing the development course of farmers' professional cooperatives in Linzhou,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the development status of farmers' professional cooperatives in terms of quantity,scale,distribution and basic operation mode,and summarizes the development characteristics and effects of farmers' professional cooperatives.Based on the data of questionnaire and field investigation,this paper analyzes the actual construction of farmers' professional cooperatives in Linzhou,and then finds out the existing problems,the ability of service driving is weak,the management is not standard,lacking of human resources,financing channels are notsmooth.The development experience of domestic and foreign farmers' professional cooperatives in Japan,Germany,Taiwan and Wuxi is compared and analyzed,and the reference is given from the aspects of standardized development,the union of social farmers' professional cooperatives,talent training and government support.At the same time,specific suggestions are put forward for the development of farmers' professional cooperatives,such as improving their ability to drive services,strictly standardizing the construction of internal systems,strengthening the construction of farmers' professional cooperatives' talent team,and improving their ability of multi-channel financing.
