Research On The Development Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives In Luoshan County,Henan Province

The backbone of implementing the rural revitalization strategy is the new agricultural management system,which is an important force for the development of modern agriculture.Farmers' professional cooperatives,as an important part of the main body of new-type agricultural management,have an irreplaceable role in promoting rural development,increasing agricultural income,and prospering farmers.In 2007,the Law on Farmers' Professional Cooperatives was promulgated and implemented,and the market position of my country's farmers' cooperatives has been effectively protected by law.After 13 years of development,my country's farmers' cooperatives have made remarkable achievements.Farmers' enthusiasm for joining cooperatives has soared,and the number of cooperatives has grown geometrically,with an average of three cooperatives per natural village.Farmers' professional cooperatives have expanded the scope of cooperation,stretched the industrial chain,and increased the added value of the industry.To a certain extent,they have promoted the rapid development of the rural economy in the direction of stable development.However,it also faces a shortage of funds,a shortage of talent,A large number of shell organizations and other serious problems have made Luoshan County Farmers' Cooperative in Henan Province unavoidable.This article takes institutional change theory,agricultural industrialization theory,transaction cost theory,and public choice theory as theoretical support.Based on in-depth research and analysis of domestic and foreign literature on farmers' professional cooperatives,it uses a questionnaire survey method and field survey method.An empirical study has been carried out in Luoshan County Farmers' Professional Cooperatives.First of all,we study the development process of farmers' professional cooperatives in my country,and describe the development status of farmers' cooperatives in China,including the number,types,number of members,amount of investment and income of farmers' cooperatives.By analyzing the developmentcharacteristics and effectiveness of my country's farmers' professional cooperatives,it can provide a reference for farmers' cooperatives in Luoshan County,Henan Province.Then by analyzing the natural conditions,social conditions,economic conditions,and the current status and development model of farmers' cooperatives in Luoshan County,Henan Province,using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to find out the problems in the development process of farmers' cooperatives in Luoshan County,That is,there is a lack of management talents,farmers are affected by their own factors and external conditions,poor financing channels,low management levels,poor ability to drive radiation,and weak overall operating strength.By drawing on the development experience of farmers' professional cooperatives in the advanced countries of the United States,Japan,and Germany,it draws inspiration from four aspects: standardized management,government support,cooperative social flow cooperation,and management talent training.It puts forward the policy recommendations to improve the radiation driving ability of farmers' professional cooperatives,standardize the internal operation and management mechanism,unblock the financing channels to improve financing capacity,and attach importance to education and training to strengthen the talent team,which is in line with the development of farmers' cooperatives in Luoshan County,Henan Province.
