Study On Social Assistance System Of Precision Poverty Alleviation In Major Grain Producing Areas Of Henan Province

From the two aspects of the number of poor people and the proportion of the poor population,Henan belongs to the poor population.Therefore,it is of great significance to accurately grasp the current situation of poverty in Henan and put forward an effective policy of poverty reduction.The country's total grain output accounted for nearly 3/4 of China's 800 major grain producing counties in Henan,the 26 major grain producing counties(cities)there are different degrees of the phenomenon of grain property upside down,comprehensive poverty alleviation task.The social assistance system and the policy of poverty alleviation and development have always been the two heavy punches of China's anti poverty.Since"13th Five-Year",the Henan province poverty alleviation as a major political task completed a comprehensive well-off society and an important livelihood projects.In this paper,the construction of social assistance system as the focal point,proposed in the precise poverty under the new situation,should actively build an effective and equitable social assistance system,and in the social assistance system supply,safeguard measures,management innovation,effective cohesion,coordinated development of many aspects of poverty alleviation and development policy,make the main grain producing areas get out of poverty guarantee.
