Problems And Countermeasures Of Precision Poverty Alleviation In Tongyu County Of Jilin Province

Poverty is one of the most serious challenges in the development of the world today.Alleviating and eradicating poverty still requires the joint efforts of all countries in the world.As the most populous country in the world,by the end of 2016,China still has 43.35 million rural poor,and the poverty alleviation situation is still grim.In the new economic situation,in the face of the new poverty situation,the state has proposed a precise poverty alleviation strategy,which requires all poverty-stricken people to be lifted out of poverty by 2020.Looking back on China's poverty alleviation history,it is not difficult to find that with the continuous development of the economy,the extensive poverty alleviation methods have revealed many problems and drawbacks.The problems of falsification,poverty alleviation formalism and waste of poverty alleviation have made the effect of poverty alleviation unsatisfactory.In this context,the implementation of a precise poverty alleviation policy came into being.From the perspective of precision poverty alleviation,this paper takes the precise poverty alleviation work in Tongyu County of Jilin Province as the research object,consults the Tongyu County's precision poverty alleviation policy documents and government work reports,and learns through the countryside visits and conversations with poverty alleviation workers and poor households.The implementation status of Tongyu County's precise poverty alleviation policy.The study found that after the implementation of the policy,the poverty alleviation work has achieved certain results.However,there are still some problems.The article first introduces in detail the basic situation of Tongyu County,the causes of poverty,and the main measures for accurate poverty alleviation work.Accurate assistance,precise management,and accurate assessment support,summed up the low participation of the masses,the lack of accuracy of identification information,the single main body of poverty alleviation,the lack of targeted measures,the irrational use of funds,and the formalization of poverty alleviation assessment.And analyze the causes of these problems,propose to mobilize the poor households to actively participate,promote poverty and poverty alleviation;strengthen the organization of poverty alleviation teams;mobilize multiple forces to participate in poverty alleviation;rational use of poverty alleviation funds,increase supervision;improve the assessment mechanism,etc.Suggestions.By discovering problems,finding out the causes,and proposing logicalresearch ideas for countermeasures and suggestions,we have theoretically improved the operational efficiency of Tongyu County's precision poverty alleviation practice and the efficiency of Tongyu County's precision poverty alleviation work,and referenced other poor agricultural areas and even all poverty-stricken areas.And learning from poverty alleviation has certain positive theoretical and practical significance.
