Study On Supply And Value Evaluation Of Ecological Products

The construction of ecological civilization has always affected the process of building a beautiful China.As the guiding ideology of ecological civilization construction,the concept of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains" was officially written into the central document "opinions on accelerating the construction of ecological civilization" in March 2015.The concept of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains" clarifies the dialectical and unified relationship between ecological and environmental protection and economic construction and development,breaks the original state of simple equivalence or complete opposition between the two,and also reflects the concept of green,circular and sustainable development.It points out that the construction of a beautiful China needs to give consideration to ecological and environmental protection and economic construction and development,and form an organic whole.As an important condition to promote the mutual transformation of "green water and green mountain" and "golden mountain and silver mountain",ecological products have some difficulties in the process of value realization,such as imperfect green technology innovation system,shortage of product resources,outstanding environmental governance problems and so on.Therefore,exploring the research on the supply and value evaluation of ecological products and studying the value realization path of ecological products are conducive to practicing the development concept of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains",helping to transform the advantages of ecological environment into the advantages of ecological economic development such as ecological agriculture,ecological industry and ecological service industry,and providing some reference significance for realizing the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.Based on the systematic analysis of the relevant connotation,characteristic classification and value realization influencing factors of ecological products,this paper constructs the ecological product evaluation index system,uses the entropy method and the comprehensive accounting method of ecological product value,and calculates the supply capacity and value of ecological products according to the relevant data of ecological product evaluation indexes of 21 prefecture level cities in Guangdong Province from 2016 to 2020.Through the calculation results,it is found that there are significant differences in the supply capacity and product value of ecological products among cities in Guangdong Province.At the same time,it is also found that the supply capacity and value of ecological products in various regions are not completely corresponding.Based on the corresponding accounting and analysis results,this paper puts forward suggestions from the perspective of improving the mechanisms such as product value evaluation,accounting and evaluation,ecological environmental protection restriction and incentive,and ecological property right transaction,so as to enrich the connotation of China’s ecological civilization construction and provide some reference for speeding up the construction of a beautiful China.
