Research On Market Transaction Of Regional Ecological Products Based On Ecosystem Service Assessment

Since Chinese economic reform and open policy started in 1978, economy of China goes rapidly. However, at the same time, shortage of resources, environmental pollution and ecological deterioration problem become serious with further enhancement of the economic strength and people’s need of ecological products increasing rapidly as well. While the assessment of the value of ecological products remain difficult, the relationship between the producers and the consumers of ecological products has not been classified, the fundamental status of the market in resource allocation is not fully highlighted, and the profit distribution rely on the government mainly in the process of ecological products production, those all caused problems like low production efficiency and insufficient supply of the ecological products. How to enhance the capacity of ecological products supply become more concerned for our people. As the Property rights determination and value assessment of ecological products are still difficult, This thesis tried to use the method of ecosystem valuation to assess the value of regional ecological products, And to prompt the market transaction of ecological products, thus enthusiasm of ecological products producers could be raised, the supply of ecological products could be increased and contradiction between the supplier and the beneficiary could be alleviated, in the end, the regional harmonious development could be realized.Public goods attribute, externality and realistic subject of supply and demand of ecological products were analyzed from the view of supply and demand. Then select an important ecological county -Ying shan in Hubei province, assessed the value of ecological products which it provide in 2003 and 2013 and found that the value of ecological products declined in the past ten years. That proved the contradiction between economic development and environmental protection, and the necessity of market transaction of ecological products. After that, this thesis analyzed the reality of market transaction of ecological products in Ying shan county based on the value assessment of its ecological products. At last, this thesis systematically combed the theoretical basis, platform construction, operation mechanism of some mature form of eco-transaction like water right transaction, emissions transaction and forestry carbon sink transaction, then select some typical cases to mine the ecological area concept in the process of eco-transaction. After that, this thesis put forward the Path plan in accordance with the thought of clear property rights, initial distribution, determine the initial distribution, value estimate, price form etc.
