With the deepening of economic globalization and integration, the dynamic mechanism of economic growth is undergoing a transformation, from the original industrial-oriented "single-engine" model to the current "dual engine" dominated by industrialization and urbanization.Models, industrial clusters and urban agglomerations are the twin engines that drive regional economic growth. The construction level and development quality are of great significance to the development of regional economy. The formation and development of industrial clusters can not only accelerate population mobility, improve the linkages between cities within urban agglomerations, but also promote the extension and expansion of urban scales, increase urbanization rates, and promote economic growth throughout the urban agglomeration. At the same time,as a unified large market that breaks through the restrictions of administrative divisions, the urban agglomeration has the characteristics of free flow, which can realize the effective allocation of resources, and the increase of resource allocation efficiency will inevitably lead to further agglomeration of the industry, which will bring about output.Increase and economic level increase faster. However,in the real economy, there are some problems in the development of the two.For example, the development quality and concentration level of industrial clusters and urban agglomerations are not ideal. There are obvious regional heterogeneity in the construction level and development speed of industrial clusters and urban agglomerations.Sexuality, industrial clusters and urban agglomerations have uncoordinated or even disjointed developments. These phenomena have greatly affected the interaction mechanism between industrial clusters and urban agglomerations, and even constrained the regional economic growth momentum. Therefore, studying the relationship between industrial clusters, urban agglomerations and their interactions and regional economic growth is the current focus of this field, research problemAs the largest inland economic belt in China, the Yangtze River Economic Belt covers an area of about 21%of the country's total area. The proportion of regional population and economic aggregate is over 40%.It has obvious population agglomeration and industrial agglomeration, showing its construction. The level and quality of development have very important influences and significance on the realization of China's healthy economic development. The provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt need to seize the opportunity of transformation, adapt to the global economic situation, and strengthen the construction of industrial clusters and urban agglomerations, with industrial clusters and cities. As a support point, the group will form a benign interaction mechanism to achieve industrial structure optimization and urban agglomeration function, thus driving the economic development of the entire region. Therefore, this paper selects the Yangtze River Economic Belt urban agglomeration as the research object, and provides some suggestions for the development of industrial clusters and urban agglomeration development policies for the provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. This paper studies the relationship between industrial clusters, urban agglomerations and their interactions and regional economic growth.Firstly,it introduces the relevant theories of industrial clusters and urban agglomerations, and combs and summarizes domestic and international industrial clusters, urban agglomerations and both.Based on the research results of regional economic growth, the mechanism and mechanism of industrial clusters, urban agglomerations and their interactions on regional economic growth are further explored. Then it introduces the measurement methods of industrial clusters and urban agglomerations and constructs the corresponding panel data model.Using the comprehensive FGLS and panel correction standard error(PCSE)method, the panel data of eight urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Economic Belt are empirically analyzed.Industrial clusters and urban agglomerations have a significant role in promoting regional economic growth and are dual engines for promoting regional economic growth. However, the role of urban agglomeration in regional economic growth is far less than industrial agglomeration;the level of interaction between industrial clusters and urban agglomerations It also has a significant impact on regional economic development. The benign interaction between the two can strengthen the promotion effect of industrial clusters and urban agglomerations on economic growth;fixed asset investment, human capital, road network density and informatization level are obvious to regional economic development.Promoting role, but government intervention has hindered regional economic development. Finally,on the basis of the above research, the corresponding policy recommendations are proposed from three aspects:industrial clusters, urban agglomerations and benign interactions:rationally adjust the industrial layout, strengthen the coordination among industries within the region;promote infrastructure construction and promote The urban resources resources are free to flow;strengthen the government's macro-control,and promote the benign interaction between industrial clusters and urban agglomerations.
