Along with the rapid advancement of urbanization,a series of problems that restrict the sustainable development of urban agglomerations have become increasingly prominent.Therefore,research on the development of urban agglomerations from the perspective of sustainable development is of great significance for rationally advancing the urban agglomeration process.The comprehensive carrying capacity of urban agglomerations is an important indicator to measure the coordinated development and sustainable development capability of urban agglomeration systems.Accurately understanding and evaluating the comprehensive carrying capacity of urban agglomerations is the basis for optimizing the ability of urban agglomerations to develop and improve the ability of policy makers.Determining the optimal level of urban agglomeration development in the current period without reducing long-term sustainability is of great practical significance for realizing the sustainable development of urban agglomerations.The urban agglomeration of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is a typical strip-shaped urban agglomeration with rapid development and unbalanced development in the world.It is a leading region for the strategic development of China's economic and ecological goals.It contains China's developed regions and developing regions.It is a typical unbalanced region with undeveloped watershed development.The development level of the urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is more significant.The promotion of sustainable development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is related to China.A major strategy for the development of the overall situation.At the same time,the urban agglomeration of the Yangtze River Economic Belt takes "ecological priority and green development" as the strategic development requirements.Therefore,we will strengthen the study on the comprehensive carrying capacity of the Yangtze River Economic Belt urban agglomeration and explore how to realize the economics of the Yangtze River Economic Belt on the basis of protecting the ecological environment.The high-quality development has important theoretical and practical significance for realizing the sustainable development of the urban agglomeration of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The long-term development model with the main goal of GDP and its growth rate and the rapid urbanization process have led to the formation of extensive developmentmodels in some cities.During the process of urbanization,many urban agglomerations related to the comprehensive carrying capacity of urban agglomerations have emerged.The bottleneck problem has led to serious inconsistencies in the social economy and the relationship between man and nature,which has constrained the sustainable development of the urban agglomeration as a whole.Therefore,exploring the support system of urban agglomeration sustainable development,that is,the two-way relationship between the comprehensive carrying capacity of urban agglomerations and the dynamic system of urban agglomeration sustainable development,namely economic growth,helps to explore how to comprehensively carry capacity in urban agglomerations.On the basis of realizing the high-quality development of the urban agglomeration economy and exploring the two key issues of the dynamic threshold of the comprehensive carrying capacity of urban agglomerations,we will further study and improve the comprehensive carrying capacity of urban agglomerations and realize the sustainable development of urban agglomerations.(1)The main contents of this study:From the perspective of sustainable development,this paper firstly constructs an evaluation index system for comprehensive bearing capacity of urban agglomerations,and scientifically evaluates the comprehensive carrying capacity of urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Economic Belt to analyze the actual conditions and characteristics of sustainable development of urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Further construct an evaluation index system for the state-level comprehensive carrying capacity of urban agglomerations,so as to analyze the ability to support the sustainable development of urban agglomerations more objectively and directly without considering the negative influencing factors of urban development,in order to further study the Yangtze River Economic Belt.This paper provides an important reference for the sustainable development of such unbalanced urban agglomerations.Secondly,by analyzing the spatial distribution and temporal evolution characteristics of the comprehensive carrying capacity of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the sustainable development of the urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Economic Belt Provide the basis and provide reference for the study of sustainable development of other urban agglomerations around the world.Thirdly,based on the theoretical mechanism analysis between the means that many cities within the urban agglomeration will preferentially coordinate and cooperate in a small area rather than forming an urban agglomeration.Overall coordinated development.2)If the capacity of urban agglomerations,it will inevitably constrain economic growth,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of urban agglomerations.3)In the current period of the strategic implementation of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the impact of policies will promote the comprehensive carrying capacity of urban agglomerations in a short period of time.However,due to the transient policy impact,the sustainable development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has not been able to Improve the comprehensive carrying capacity of urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.At the same time,the development strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has a negative impact on the comprehensive carrying capacity of the five major urban agglomerations,and has a River Economic Belt to strengthen the sustainable development of the core cities,and guide capital and industries to transfer to small and medium-sized cities to tap small and medium-sized cities.The development potential will promote the development of small and medium-sized cities relying on their own advantages,so that the Yangtze River Economic Belt will be better integrated into the development of the “Belt and Road”.4)Deepen cooperation in the eastern,central and western regions of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,strengthen cooperation among cities within the urban agglomeration,and weaken the impact of regional separatism caused by administrative divisions through institutional design,marketization mechanisms and interest compensation mechanisms.At the same time,in the process of development,all regions should proceed from the whole,put their own development into the overall situation of coordinated development,realize the dislocation development,organic integration and coordinated development among urban agglomerations,and form a development model of overall synergy.5)Based on the development strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,formulate and coordinate various special plans to form a policy synergy.At the same time,the sustainable development of the urban agglomeration of the Yangtze River Economic Belt needs to take the soft environment construction as a breakthrough and seek a quality development model.
