Study On The Influence Of Anhui Province’s FDI On Industrial Input And Output Efficiency Under Environmental Constraints

Since the "13th Five-Year Plan" launched,the industrial scale of Anhui Province has been continuously expanded,and the number of investment promotion projects has been increasing.The increase of investment promotion has provided sufficient power to improve the industrial economic growth in the province,the increase in the scale of investment has driven industrial production technology,and the progress has optimized the industrial industry and product structure.Meanwhile,the inflow of foreign direct investment has played an important role in the middle and late stages of industrial development.In the early stage,it made up for the lack of development funds.In the medium term,it provided a steady stream of technology and management experience.In the later stage,the layout of industrial structure was improved.The capital-intensive type changes from the traditional to the new green,etc.,thus promoting the overall progress of Anhui’s industry,and thus improving the economic strength of Anhui Province,which is dominated by industry.With the implementation of "Made in China 2025",both the party and the state require the pursuit of low-cost and high-efficiency economic production mode under the most stringent environmental regulations,and promote technological innovation.The inflow of foreign capital has made up for the gap in industrial development in Anhui Province.The industrial structure has been continuously optimized,from traditional labor-intensive to new capital-intensive.At the same time,production efficiency has been continuously improved,from inefficient and high-consumption to high efficiency and low consumption.The relationship with the industrial input and output efficiency of Anhui Province is of great significance.Is there a correlation between FDI and industrial input-output efficiency?Does the increase in FDI increase industrial efficiency or reduce industrial efficiency?Is the increase in FDI positive or negative for the impact of technical advantages and disadvantages,employment impact,and industrial structure?In addition,the industrial efficiency indicators contain a lot of content,not only the measurement of scale production,but also the measurement of environment,cost,technology,etc.,and the industrial input and output efficiency is used as a criterion for judging the operation of the industrial economy in the province.Studying the impact of FDI on industrial input-output efficiency plays an important role in the path of sustainable green industrial systems in Anhui Province.This paper quantitatively analyzes the effects of efficiency from the three aspects of efficiency theory,environmental theory and FDI theory,the impact of environmental regulation on efficiency and the impact of FDI on the economy from the four aspects of capital,trade,employment and technology.This paper also analyzes the industrial status of Anhui Province from four aspects of industrial scale,industrial growth rate,industrial economic benefit and pollution situation in Anhui Province.It analyzes Anhui from three aspects:attracting capital,attracting enterprises and accounting for FDI industry.The current situation of FDI in the province shows that although the industrial value and scale of Anhui Province have been rising in the past ten years,the level of benefits is not significant,and even there is a downward trend.The operational efficiency of the industrial economy is not effective,and the industrial development level is backward.The technical level is low and the environmental pollution is heavier.However,the status quo of FDI in Anhui Province is relatively weak and the distribution is uneven.In general,the industrial and FDI development potential of Anhui Province is sufficient,but the development trend is declining.Then,through the DEA-SBM model,the industrial input and output efficiency of 16 cities in Anhui Province from 2007 to 2016 under environmental constraints were calculated,and the industrial efficiency under environmental constraints was more accurate.The efficiency included the calculation of environmental constraints.The efficiency loss is generally lower and more accurate than the efficiency without environmental constraints.The efficiency of not considering environmental constraints is biased.The empirical part of Tobit-Clad regression analysis shows that FDI has a positive relationship with the industrial input and output efficiency of Anhui Province.The increase of FDI promotes the improvement of industrial efficiency in Anhui Province.Based on the empirical analysis,combined with the theoretical basis of the context From the four aspects of capital,employment,technology and industrial structure,the reasons for the impact of FDI on industrial input and output efficiency are explained,Finally,according to the analysis of the status quo of industrial and FDI in Anhui Province,the empirical analysis of FDI’s industrial input and
