As we all know,the fast-moving consumer goods(FMCG)industry after decades of development,has formed a basic sales pattern of the offline channel as the main and online channel as the supplementary.In FMCG,offline channel types are various,such as hypermarket,supermarket chains,KTV etc.Online channels include official websites,integrated e-Commerce platform,T-Mall,etc.;The online and offline channels together contribute the FMCG industry profit terminal system,they are forming a comprehensive channel competition model;Not only that,with the rapid development of China's economy,more and more international FMCG groups are constantly joining the Chinese market,the competition model is"Big fish eat small fish”or"Big group and big group cooperation"and so on,which intensifies the competition of FMCG industry.BW group as the biggest beer producer in the global FMCG industry,joined the Chinese market in 1995,and quickly occupied the market by merging and acquiring local beer producers,integrating the enterprise resources and achieving centralized management mode of operation to continue expanding the business scale with lower management and labor costs,increasing profit margins.Because of the continuous merger and centralized operation management,the integration of human resources is much harder than the business and process integration.How to improve employee engagement,maintain the enthusiasm of employees and be willing to work together with the company long term development is very important.Taking BW group as an example,to develop a methodology based on human resources diagnosis of employee engagement,using regression analysis method to find out the important relevant factors,and then find out the solutions to improve them.According to the investigation and analysis,we found the following three ways should be improved:First,the organizational support and employee development need to be improved.How to improve the staffs personal skills,expand their career path will be very important,that will make employees play a greater initiative and passion to serve and grow with the enterprise.Second,the working environment and company culture is not perfect.Establishing a"people-oriented"diversified and inclusive corporate culture and a good working environment will be the key of employee engagement improvement;Finally,Leader support is not enough.Line manager's guidance and feedback to employee must be timely and effective,establish a perfect staff evaluation system to give employees timely recognition and rewards,and enhance their sense of ownership and employee engagement.Based on BW's survey and analysis,combined with the theoretical basis and the research result of domestic and abroad research on employee engagement,find out the solutions to help BW to improve their employee engagement is the purpose.
