In recent years, many domestic and foreign consultant agencies conducted a great deal of analysis and survey research on employee engagement, but on the hospitality industry is rare. According to the service profit chain model theory, the most revenue of enterprises is created by satisfied and loyal customers, and the satisfied and loyal customers are created by the dedicated staff. Hospitality industry as a special service industry, the main products of which are service, is much more dependent on human resource, compared with others industries. Therefore, dedicated staff in the hospitality industry, for improving the core competitiveness of the hotels has an important and practical significance.In this paper, a research of investigation of hospitality industry is done, and through factor analysis it is showed that eights factors are what mainly impact the hotel staff dedication, namely: human relations, the content and nature of work, challenging work, pay benefits, employees authorized of work, work Load, career development and corporate culture. By mean analysis, personal attributes the engagements and the factors on the difference. Through the relevant analysis, come to work content, pay benefits, career development and challenging work between the engagement there is a significant correlation, and was positively correlated; relationship is significant positive correlated with the engagement of interest, but significant negative correlated with the engagement of action; between the authorized staff, work load and the corporate culture with engagement there is no significant correlation.Through analysis of main factors of impacting hotel staff dedication, countermeasures are proposed as follow: to design a rational and challenging work, to establish a fair, reasonable and scientific system of compensation and benefits, to help formulate a scientific staff career development planning, create a working environment of staff engagement, effectively upgrading dedicated staff, so that enterprises obtain more benefits.
